« To start, the location was in a very rough neighborhood with a lot of homeless people around the house. We did not feel safe even during the day. Property needs a big renovation as the pictures do not represent reality. Things are falling apart. Rugs and couch were stained and dirty. No utensils, plates, cups and silverware. « This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. A great location in a beautiful neighborhood directly across from the train station that takes you into Philadelphia. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The host was communicative and very responsive when I had a question. We were very satisfied and I would definitely recommend this property to others. »

Only issue is that you could hear pretty much everything outside: cars driving by with loud music playing, construction workers doing work in the middle of the night,etc. I understand this is not something the host can control, but something to consider when booking. »

« This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening....
