Bonne surprise au centre de Philadelphie
Très bon hôtel parfaitement situé en plein centre de Philadelphie. Le seul petit bémol, pas de vrai petit déjeuner, mais du snacking. Point fort : machine à expresso en libre service, ainsi que billard, jeu d'échecs.

I liked the convenience of walking to the Reading Market, restaurants and shops. Trader Joe's, Starbucks, and 7-11 are around the corner, which is a plus. The homeless population is a lot to navigate through.

They should have all fees easily known on expedia and they really need a public parking area but the hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful.

The room was a bit dirty, some hair in the shower and the rug hadn’t been vacuumed. The elevators were old and dingy(at one point I thought it had got stuck)

This was such a nice hotel. Staff was amazing. They were friendly, personable. valet were so kind and polite. Helpful with parking. Hotel was clean and convenient to a lot of different places.

The location was great, easy access to downtown, transit, shopping, and the room was nice. The elevator, room air conditioner, and doors opening and closing were fairly noisy.

I loved the view from my 12th floor window and the fact that I had great windows. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great bath. Super-convenient to the Convention Center The only thing that was a bit odd is that the Valet parking service was staffed with someone who could not bring me my car as he did not drive stick. Really?
