• check in is at 4pm. Checkout is at 12pm.
• Towels can be found inside each dresser. Missing towels will be charged to the guests.
• Parking is free on various streets, there’s no free allocated spot to the apartment & it’s either free 24/7 or with 2 hour limit until the evening. Please watch the signs THIS IS A TOW AWAY ZONE. A parking map can be found online among the listing images.
• Dirty kitchenware must be left in the dishwasher and please turn it on if needed with a capsule before your checkout.
• Conserve energy – please turn off all electric devices & appliances when exiting the apartment.
• Garbage - For guests that are staying for more than a week – please leave your garbage bag outside the building door on Thursday night only. Pickup is Friday am. NO TRASH IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE EXCEPT THURSDAY PM.
• Noise & Neighbors – please be mindful of the people that live here so we can keep this community respectful. No parties and no loud music.
• No smoking - alarm will be triggered for the whole building!
• Please don’t use the garbage disposal.
• DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE.
• Lock the door after you by pressing the lock symbol on the keypad. It doesn’t lock itself automatically.
• Please leave all used towels and sheets on the bed at the time of checkout.
