Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar. A 12 cup coffee maker is available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!
Laundry is available on-site, with a washer and dryer conveniently located in the second bathroom. Both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.
Kayaks, canoe, and paddleboards are shared between this home and our neighboring rental. If both properties are booked, use may be limited or rotated.
Boat Launch: North Twin Lake is very accessible to the public. The public launch is within a mile of the property of Vast View Terrace. It is located between the Phelps Convenience Store and The Great Escape.
Public Beach: For a relaxing day by the water, check out Phelps Lakefront Pines Park, just off Highway 17. It features a small sandy beach, a dock, picnic tables, and public restrooms — perfect for families or a quiet lakeside afternoon.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests have full access to the home and the surrounding 11-acre property, which stretches along much of Noseeum Lake’s north shoreline and into the peaceful woods. Feel free to explore the area around the cabin, with a short, scenic walk—just a few hundred yards down a moderate hill—bringing you to the lake. The only off-limits areas are a few locked closets.
We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
This home is located in a quiet, secluded development with minimal nearby homes—just one on each side. A school is also located nearby, adding a touch of community to the peaceful surroundings.
A car is recommended for getting around. The cabin is just minutes from downtown Phelps and 15 minutes from Eagle River. On-site parking is available.
The charcoal grill is located just off the right side of the front porch, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. Guests are responsible for picking up charcoal if interested in using the grill. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
- Rental Agreement must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code for entry.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 13 guests allowed in the home.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $250 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
-Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb's strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.
