Staff we're amazing, I booked a room with a Jacuzzi on Expedia, however the hotel staff didn't put it on the app that the room was not working. They ended up upgrading us to another hotel with a better Jacuzzi and didn't charge more.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado tiene tiendas y mall cerca sin embargo, en estos momentos hay una construcción que genera mucho ruido y dificulta el acceso al inmueble, lo cuál no es culpa del hotel. Por otro lado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear; la habitación que nos proporcionaron tenía el suelo muy sucio, visualizamos dos cucarachas, huele mucho a humedad y las sábanas despiden un olor extraño. El personal es atento y servicial, cuentan con desayuno básico (café, waffles, pan tostado, leche, jugo y cereales) No considero viable regresar hasta que la administración ponga manos a la obra en la limpieza.

Estimado cliente, recuerdo ese día y ese problema. Lamentablemente ese es el problema que tenemos con Expedia. Las habitaciones entran en nuestro sistema como para fumadores aunque el cliente haya reservado para no fumadores. Lamento mucho que se haya visto afectado por este problema. Me habría ofrecido a darle una habitación para no fumadores, pero no teníamos ninguna en ese momento. Por eso mi única solución fue reembolsarte tu dinero. Lamento que no haya sido una solución suficientemente buena para ti. Realmente somos un hotel decente y ese día pensé en todas las soluciones posibles. Es lamentable que lo hayamos perdido como cliente debido a este problema. Esté seguro y manténgase bien.

The staff were nice. The only issue was the room had roaches and we also saw roaches in the bed. And in the restroom

We have pest control come spray and fumigate every month and sometimes more and housekeeping does the best to their abilities.
