« Room was nice and clean. Hard to sleep because the A/C unit is very noisy, and the pillows are WAY too soft. I need a pillow that's at least a little bit firm. Ate dinner at the Bistro both nights. First night was fine. Second night was terrible because there was an event going on, so the menu was severely restricted. WHY? Also, dozens of guests at the Bistro and bar, but only TWO servers. « We stayed in this hotel for seven days in April 2026 and we had a wonderful time visiting with family. The room was excellent and the staff was so friendly all the time and the breakfast was excellent. We had enough of a selection that we didn’t get bored with breakfast. We could have biscuits and gravy one day and waffle or yogurt the next day, danish, etc. and also the pool and the hot tub were amazing in the evenings we used it every night. I sure do miss it now that I am back at home....
