« The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. « I stayed for 4 days 5/20-5/24. Upon arrival, my sheets were dirty, as well as the countertops, windows and shower floor. I asked for a new room and was unable to switch due to being “overbooked”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work so I had to keep doing to the lobby for ice. « The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. »
