« I got there about 11pm and it took a few rings of the bell for them to come out and check me in. Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. « The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing. »

« I stayed for 4 days 5/20-5/24. Upon arrival, my sheets were dirty, as well as the countertops, windows and shower floor. I asked for a new room and was unable to switch due to being “overbooked”. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work so I had to keep doing to the lobby for ice. « The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous.
