A wonderful house to stay in for a larger group. The property is lovely, everything provided was of a great standard. Location was quiet but the property was very easy to find. Family Short Break
My family recently had a short stay in Stanley. The house is situated in a residential area, however it is very quiet. The house was adequately catered for all ages, from young children to adults. There were 9 adults in our party and there was ample room for us all. The house was clean and warm. If I was to critique the house, it would be that another shower room would have been useful. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Stay
The house was amazing! Spacious, clean and well equipped. A charming mix of traditional and modern. Great for kids with playroom, large garden and hot tub. Excellent location for nearby excursions. On a personal note, the host went above and beyond to return a toy that we left behind. This toy has a great deal of sentimental value to our family and we were delighted to have it posted to us. All in all, couldn't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic house and location
Group of 11 and everyone commented on how lovely the place was. Place has been done to an excellent standard, especially for a holiday rental. Easily accessible for Perth, Dunkeld and Pitlochry too so you have a choice of activities and walks nearby. Fully intend to return.

A Beautiful Property
A super house and garden for our family gathering. Upstairs game room was a real hit with our children and teens. PS3, pool table and lots of games etc. A variety of bedrooms, all with lovely furnishings and personality. Great Hot tub and the outdoor furniture was much nicer than in the photos with the kitchen much larger than we imagined too. Julianne was attentive and helpful with questions. Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

Great weeks stay!!
Lovely break with the family, 11 of us spent the week in late July and it was very enjoyable. Stanley is a very quiet place but that is what we wanted, for people wanting more to do without driving then it’s not for them but Perth is 10 mins in the car, Dundee a little further and it was a lovely place overall, the house is great, loads of room and the kids spent hours in the hot tub!! Would highly recommend

We stayed at Hobart house for a family 50th birthday and couldn’t fault anything. The house is huge, spotlessly clean, fantastic hot tub and brilliant games room upstairs for the kids. We loved relaxing as a family in the garden with the fire pit and can’t wait to return next year for another birthday celebration!

House was immaculate. Old worldly but modernised where necessary (Kitchen, Toilets Showers etc.) Garden was the highlight. We got such beautiful weather we were in the garden from 9:00am till 11:00pm.

Perfect family home
This house was perfect! Spacious and beautiful, with a lovely yard. The house has charming original details as well as modern comforts. It was perfect for our family. My dad was born in Stanley and my aunt said she walked by this house as a little girl and always wanted to live there. I can see why…it is idyllic!

Wow , fantastic time spent celebrating my wife's 60th birthday, with all.the family, this property has everything you need , would highly recommend, hot tub was well used . Fabulous stay in a beautiful Stanley house
Such a lovely place to stay for a long overdue catch up with friends. Really beautiful house with so much space for different combinations of guests. Outside seating area was ideal and the addition of the hot tub added an extra dimension. Lovely walk to Stanley mills and the beach which worked up our appetite for our afternoon tea at Ballathie house hotel. The perfect weekend all in.

This property was welcoming, tastefully furnished/decorated which made you feel at home.
Our small Scottish County dance group have an outing each year. Given the current situation we stayed close to home in this magnificent cnet house. We fell in love with this property and all it had to offer. Lots of space for all of us (10 women). We enjoyed the hot tub. The weather was kind enough to let us enjoy the garden. Taxi into Perth was £14 each way. There were lovey walks and Ballathie House was a great place to have afternoon tea. We will come back to this property it was fabulous you felt at home not in a rental with Ikea furniture and the like. Special very special.

Had a great time for the wife’s birthday, sitting in the summer house with music playing, couple chilled bottles, relaxing in the hot tub that never got cold stayed at the temperature that we set for hours at a time, never seen the 2 teenagers spent the time playing pool and the ps3 in there own room with 2 single beds.

Brilliant stay!
There were 12 of my family who stayed and we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. This had to be the best rental we have stayed in during any holiday. The house is so spacious, clean and accommodating. The owner has thought of everything! The kids loved the games room with the pool table, array of books, board games and toys and the adults enjoyed relaxing in huge garden and outside spaces by the fire pit or in the hot tub. This really is a property for all! The actual property is located in a small village and there are lovely walks nearby even a small hidden beach near the river Tay which can be walked to in 20 mins or so. Lots to do further afield too. Definitely a property which is well maintained and I would recommend to others!

Great few days away, as the house was very spacious we could all get together. My sister and family had came from Norfolk and suggested we should book again for next year. The hot tub was amazing,the garden is so big we had plenty of family games and nights by the fire.

Stunning comfortable house, can't fault it
We had the best time at Julianne's house and would definitely stay again. The house is in the middle of other houses but feels totally secluded with the beautiful mature garden. The house itself exceeds expectations and the beds are so comfortable. The play room on the 3rd floor is amazing and the kids loved it. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend this house and Julianne as a host. Superb holiday, thank you for letting us stay. Vaila, Colin, family and friends

I have since had issues with being charged by accident but the property owner has communicated well throughout and hopefully that can be sorted soon! Lovely country house !!!
We stayed the weekend at this beautiful house and what a great place. Lovely decor, nice touches with toiletries and a welcome box on arrival. The house has a lovely homely feel with log burners and comfortable sofas. It also has beautiful gardens, lovely seating a hot tub and summerhouse., oh and a gas barbeque!!!. It was honestly perfect and we would love to stay again sometime..
