Ravis !
Les appartements sont spacieux et disposent de tout le confort et de la climatisation. Le super point positif pour nous, nous venions de terminer une semaine en camping car. Nous avons pu laver et sécher nos vêtements avant de repartir le lendemain car lave linge et sèche linge sont à dispi dans l'appartement. Petit déjeuner varié, les pancakes sont excellents et frais. Le personnel très aimable. Madame parle un peu le français, ce qui est un plus.

crazy noise from the road, bad experience
One of the worst trip in my life...first of all, I arrived late so reception was closed. I called through an interphone, I had to give a code and I opened a box to get the key. Until now, no issue. Then I reached my room and what a surprise : my room was straight facing a 2x4 lanes highway...On hotels.com it was written courtyard view....no one would expect a view on a highway! If I had known this earlier, I would have not booked this hotel or this room! It was so noisy, non stop cars and trucks all night long...the worst...so after a sleep of max 5 hours, I asked to be changed. And this happened and I must say the person of the hotel were very helpful. The apartment facing the pool was definitely better and muuuuuuch more quiet! So, one would say ,why is he not happy? Well I had to catch a flight at 4:30 am the day after.And at 3am, the alarm rang!! For 10 min! After goind down, it appeared that it was a false alarm...impossible then to sleep back...another 5 hours night and a lot of stress. I am sorry but for me noise is a big issue and in small units, it is just awful! If you drive10 min more, you are in the city center...so I'd rather doing this later. Even though people were professional, I would not go back there.

Hi Gerald, I am sorry you had such bad night with the fire alarm waking you hence you gave us 1 star other wise you would have slept well in the complimentary upgrade room. Safety is primary, sorry if someone causes the alarm to go it is costly for them and we have to abide by the laws. It is a problem people or employers book the cheapest rooms for their employees which are the studios and it's usually only $20 more to have the lovely 1 bedroom apartment which does not face the road and it has a full kitchen, own laundry, separate bedroom and a home away from home. Unfortunately we don't get the chance to speak to people as to their needs before they book as they book through convenient on line websites with the limited information space that is on there. In all cases I feel it is prudent to phone the hotel with your personal requirements or email them prior to your stay as hotels always want to give their guests the best experience whatever the situation. I am glad you found our staff helpful. Sheryl

Our overnight stay was 'fit for purpose', we just needed somewhere cost-effective close to the airport as we arrived at midnight. Would not hesitate recommending to others for the same purpose. The exterior of the building is lovely, ample parking, and the front office is well equipped with drinks, snacks and basic toiletries. After hours call service to gain entry. The apartment interior is quite old but very clean (thumbs up!). Aircon in living area but not in bedroom. Basic kitchen....does the job.

This property was very central to our requirements and served the purpose. The property had everything we needed. The lounge needs to be replaced and was damaged so blanket was used to cover this and the microwave didn’t work. Ok for the money and purpose of our trip.

The property was close to the airport. The two storey apt had no air conditioning upstairs in two bedrooms on a 38 degree day. Sleeping was impossible. The laundry room toilet leaked around the base of the toilet. The doona in one bedroom had yellow stains. The ensuite shower needed alot of repair. Rusty frame, dirty grout. The pool was the only good thing about our stay. .

Booked this accommodation for ease of accessibility and the images of the room looked okay Upon arrival, our room had a bad smell (like the carpet had been damp) and the aircon did not work properly as it seemed like it had not been serviced in a long time. The room was indisrepair, cracks in the walls and the like. Cleaning staff were excellent and responsive. Front end staff left a lot to be desired. The highlight of this accommodation was thr pool area, despite the pool not being cleaned with lots of leaf litter in it.

Terrible terrible terrible!!! On entry floor was disgusting, filthy carpet and dirty sticky entry. Front door lock needing repair, blinds and curtains hanging off track. Fan not working, cockroach on floor and bugs on sheets. Bathroom basin water slow to drain. Stay clear, was our worse nightmare, by far the worst Motel I have ever stayed at.

This property did nothing to improve our experience. It he television did not work for an entire week, they fixed it once and when it turned off it never worked again. Over 80 phone calls were made to check in non answered, it was only by chance we saw someone in the office and I banged on the door. The bed was held up by bricks and the bathroom was filthy. I’d actually like a call from the head office of this provider as I tried to call them, no answer. I tried to talk through wotif, no answer. Text messages to the manager, no answer.
