Personnel attentionné et sympathique. L’hôtel est bien situé et sécuritaire. Il est moderne et propre et la vue avec les grandes fenêtres à l’étage supérieure de la réception/hall salon, salle à manger est grand et convivial. Les choix pour le déjeuner sont variés et très bons. Il y a des fruits frais, des options diverses de pain et protéines de viandes avec cafés divers et jus. J’ai seulement été déçue d’avoir à payer le stationnement en supplément dans le parking payant intérieur attenant à l’hôtel car il n’y en a pas de disponible et de gratuit non plus à l’ext

Pas de grand lit. Et llrsqu’ils Nous ont changé de chambre pour un lit double et bien il y avait une fuite d’eau Chambre au dessus. D’ou rechargement de chambre. On a dû payer notre parking alors qu’ils ont un étage pour eux. Pdj très peu réjouissant et très basic. Pas content sur ce point

Idéal pour une étape
Hôtel d'étape pour nous. Avant de nous dirigez vers les Highlands. L'hôtel est bien situé avec des possibilities de parking juste à côté, près du centre et face à la mer!

Medium quality, disturbed by noisy people...
We stayed 2 days there. Hotel is quite nice but there are not enough people to manage everything and we need to wait to be assisted. There were also some noisy people who spoke loud and smashed doors at 6 AM !! So we hadn't peaceful nights. Quality of breakfasts is medium. Also, most of restaurants close early in Dundee so we didn't have a lot to do from 8.30 PM However, there is the Discovery Museum very near to the hotel which is very nice. In conclusion, 1 night is enough !

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix
Hôtel relativement compliqué à trouver. Pas de parking mais un parking public attenant avec une passerelle. Les communs étaient relativement défraichis de même que la chambre. Le petit déjeuner compris avec la chambre se résumait au minimum. La salle de petit déjeuner, qui est également le hall d'accueil est bruyant et résonne. Cet Hôtel à un mauvais rapport qualité/prix mais peut se le permettre étant donné la faible offre sur le secteur de DUNDEE.

The gentleman that booked me into the hotel was very welcoming and professional. I have to say it was the easiest checking in that I have ever done. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is extremely well situated for exploring Dundee.

Room was clean and comfortable. Dove products in bathroom were appreciated, Room overlooked the front of the hotel which I was initially concerned about as the traffic was very noisy. However, I slept like a log and was not aware of the road. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of cereals, fruit and yogurt, cooked breakfast, pastries and toast. Staff helpful and professional. Parking (council owned), not expensive and just behind the hotel, access on second floor. Cathedral and museums really interesting with the hotel central to key sights.

Noise all night
Afwul intermittent screeching noise all night. No sleep. Could not work out where it was coming from. Pipes/heating? Reported in the morning to be told that it would be the wind coming through the window and they were aware. On checking the window could see temporary bad fix with tape had been attempted. All we got was sorry for the inconvenience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and everything needed for a stay. Good hearty breakfast. Would love to see all hotels get rid of carpet and put in vinyl plank flooring for cleanliness factor. Near the main road and convenient to town

Really convenient for city centre.
Fab view over the River Tay. Very quiet room. Car park on Gellatley St is attached to hotel by footbridge on Level 3, straight into Reception. No discounted rate for parking - prepay before exiting. Water cistern in bathroom ran all night despite my best efforts. On reporting it, was told 'some of them do - just try pushing again' Not the best response to broken sleep. Maybe they need fixed?
