« We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...

« La chambre est propre et bien insonorisée. La literie est très bien et la salle de bain agréable. L'arrivée est un peu chaotique si vous n'avez pas de téléphone car il faut appeler pour qu'on vienne vous chercher à l'accueil. La piscine était en nettoyage donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter mais elle est très belle. La ballade du 8ème étage offre une vue sur toute la ville et le personnel donne des conseils de restaurants à tester. La caution de 200 RM en espèce fait un peu mal quand même. »
