« The hotel itself is beautiful, well located, and just a short walk from Galata Tower and the metro. However, the welcome was terrible. We didn’t even receive a simple “welcome.” The room we were given was on the first floor, right in front of the elevator, so it was very noisy because of both the elevator and the constant foot traffic. It also faced the street, which made it even noisier. The air conditioning wasn’t working. Instead of fixing it or offering another room, they simply opened the...

« The staff were great. We came off a cruise ship earlier in the day and they were able to get us into our rooms early. It really made it easy to get settled and getting us out to see the city. Staff also could help us with getting a transport to the airport the next day. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Eren and Ms. Zara for their exceptional kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to come back! »

« There are two small elevators serving 8 floors. One was out of service for two days. Very inconvenient. The room was large, the hotel is dated. The shower stall has older tiling which has mildewed joints. The WIFI service was spotty. The SPA area is nice. The hot tub was not working. Breakfast was good, but served in a very crowded area. Overall, disappointing, given the pictures and description on the media. »
