« I have been in many hotels but to be honest, i was not expecting such an excellent customer service level. We arrived very late around 1:30 a.m and we were welcomed very warmly and all the information were given to us nicely. It was lockdown period in Istanbul and all restaurants closed at that time of the night. They offered us a very nice meal (free of charge) , served to our room!!
