« I have been in many hotels but to be honest, i was not expecting such an excellent customer service level. We arrived very late around 1:30 a.m and we were welcomed very warmly and all the information were given to us nicely. It was lockdown period in Istanbul and all restaurants closed at that time of the night. They offered us a very nice meal (free of charge) , served to our room!! « Fantastic service at a superbly located hotel, with views direct over the Bosporus. The location is great with easy access to the new Galataport, shops and places to eat, the Modern Art museum and just a walk over the bridge to the old city. Room was massive and well equipped but the service was the outstanding feature. »
