Perfect for families or couples! Each bedroom is private and has its own attached bathroom.

This is a lovely neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.

There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on a scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.

0.1 miles: Joe Patti’s: World famous seafood market featuring fresh seafood, a sushi bar, a dessert bar with cakes coffee and ice cream, a deli, a wine shop and more.
0.1 miles: J.W. Renfroe Pecan Co. has a fabulous assortment of nuts, treats, and a gift shop.
0.3 miles: Corrine Jones Park. Great playground and paved walking trail.
0.3 miles: Bruce Beach with kayak and boat launch access, picnic tables, and a little sandy waterfront area to relax
0.4 miles: Nick‘s Boathouse. Seafood and American style restaurant with a great patio and beautiful ocean front views.
0.5 miles: Blue Wahoos stadium. Minor-league baseball with frequent fireworks sightings from our balcony!
0.5 miles: Maritime Park. Large park with plenty of walking trails with water views and open fields for a picnic. Also large playground area.

0.5 miles: Union Public House: unique gastropub style restaurant with outdoor seating

We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.

Electric bikes/scooters available downtown and they are often available 5 minute walk from the house across from Wahoo Stadium on Main St.

We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.

Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking nearby. Seven guests max at any time unless prior approval.

On-site gas grill. If propane runs out, please note we may not be able to replace it during your stay. You are welcome to replace it and send us a receipt to reimburse you for the new propane tank.

Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.

Potential for noise with with street traffic nearby. We have a sound machine and large fan in master bedroom to help reduce noise.
-Due to local laws, insurance or HOA ordinances, all guests must be 21 years or older. Any guest under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent for their entire stay. You agree to provide identification when requested.
-Absolutely no smoking anywhere inside or outside the home
-No additional guests at any time beyond who is listed in the booking without prior approval
-No parties or events
-Wash any used dishes or start dishwasher
-We are not responsible for any items left behind after you check out. If you realize something is missing, we will do out best to get it back to you. If found, we will charge a minimum $25 fee for shipping and handling (depending on the size of the item.) Or you may have someone pick it up in person.

This house was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable for two families and had a bathroom for everyone. Our youngest slept on the foldout and it was just right for him. The owners were responsive and checked on us to make sure everything was as expected. The only thing that would have made it better was if we could have brought our Boston Terrier with us. She would have loved walking around downtown. We didn’t realize how pet friendly downtown Pensacola is.

This house was perfect for our family vacation in Pensacola. Super clean, great layout and also well stocked with kitchen supplies —very convenient with kids. It was a great location too, walkable to downtown, an easy drive to the beach, and right across the street from the best seafood market in town! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property!

Visited Pensacola to attend the Gulf Coast Jazz Festival. Property was located 0.5 miles from Maritime Park where the festival was held. Very close to downtown Pensacola as well. Property was very clean and comfortable. Property is located of a main road so there is some road noise, other than that excellent place to stay.

Home was convenient to downtown and very updated and clean. Very busy street and outside noise is heavy so I would recommend using large fan to block the car noise while sleeping. Naomi was very responsive and I would certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay and call home for a 3 week business trip to Pensacola. Very clean and most importantly the bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Location is only .8 miles to downtown and walkable or 3 minute drive. I would stay here again.
