Introducing "Bayou Breeze at Ocean Breeze East". This is the perfect name for this beach retreat because it combines a love of New Orleans with a love for the beach. You will feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door. You will start to relax the moment you walk out onto the balcony and see the Gulf of Mexico. Bayou Breeze has a comfortable and welcoming vibe in this 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath condominium. The fresh new exterior is painted a tranquil blue and there are brand new balconies for your viewing pleasure. This 5th floor end unit offers a sweeping view of white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. The front balcony is accessed from the Primary Bedroom and offers a lovely view of East Perdido Key. Both balconies offer beautiful, high quality patio furniture for relaxing and reflecting on just how great it is to be at the beach.
The interior is filled with fun and appealing art work that successfully combines a love of the beach and a love of New Orleans! The fully equipped Kitchen is spacious and ready for preparing gourmet meals, but if you would rather dine out in one of Perdido Key's fresh gulf seafood restaurants, we don't blame you. Walk outside to a beach front pool with an expansive deck for fun in the sun. There is a private boardwalk down to the famous, fine quartz white sand of Perdido Key's beach. The East tower is within walking distance to Villagio Shopping Center's shops, offices and restaurants. Some adventurers even walk down the beach to Gulf Islands National Seashore but it is easy enough to jump in the car and be there in a few minutes if you wish to enjoy a lifeguard protected beach or access to the intracoastal waterway. Many guests prefer low density, less crowded buildings and love the fact that there are only 8 floors with 4 units each. Bayou Breeze is standing by for your vacation pleasure. This rental was fantastic for its location on the beach, cleanliness, and location. The only issue we had was the WiFi was intermittent and did not get fixed during our stay, but that wasn’t a big deal. Other than that, we had no issues. We will definitely come back to this rental!

The condo was very clean and nice. A little smaller than what I thought. You definitely need to bring or buy all condiments when staying there. Wish more than one parking pass would be given per family. There is a public parking area down the road but a little inconvenient.

Spring Break Trip

We had plenty of room!! Master bed is comfy, and no complaints from kids on the other 2 bedrooms. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the outdoor furniture was very nice. There are some things that could be updated for a better overall impression (ex: moldy air vents, broken curtain rods tapedtogether, master shower was SLOW to drain, bedroom tv's are TINY). Both bathrooms need to be updated. Kitchen had lots of utensils and dishes. It also has a garbage disposal but we couldnt find the switch. There are hair dryers in each bathroom, hair straightener, ironing board, iron, some sand bucket toys, kid fishing nets. The pool was clean, easy access to the beach with a shower and foot wash, and a place to leave beach chairs overnight. I ordered WalMart grocery delivery and the driver delivered to the "ocean breeze west" instead. Heard sometimes that happens with the gps and the address. Parking is easy, elevators are fast, and they have carts located in stairwells. Overall, we would stay again because we are pretty low maintenance, but this condo could be really amazing with some updates. I mention the updates because by the time the fees were added, it was WAY more than the nighly rate and I think there are nicer appointed places for the same bottom dollar once everything is added.

Snowbird Paradise

This property is located on the Gulf with a beautiful view. One thing is it is very minimal in supplies, no storage containers and had only very small fry pans. We had to replace a couple light bulbs at our own expense. Other than these minor inconveniences, it is great.Of course the snow we experienced was a big negative. LOL

Clean and spacious

The condo was very clean and well kept. It offered amazing views of the sunset over the ocean. It was very spacious and had about everything that could think of that you may need. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Your Problems Are Your Problem

Young families intentionally book a condo with basics like wifi, pool, and coffee on-site. Wifi was out the entire time. Management was quick and polite in response; hesitant to take responsibility; very slow to send help. They are closed on nights and Sundays, which for a resort management company is absurd. The 3rd night without help I hunted down a family-friendly DVD, but the player wouldn’t show up on the TV’s inputs and the remote didn’t even have batteries. A wasted hour and $20. Took disappointed kids down to a “pool closed” sign, especially hard with no internet (which meant no smart TV). It had apparently been closed for weeks for repairs, but the listing still has it open. Halfway through 3rd full day, maintenance eventually came to address the growing list. He fiddled with the internet & said he’d send out a specialist (who never came). He gave up on the DVD player without explanation. Keurig was broken, but he insisted that was the owner’s problem. Microwave made unsettling sounds which made us afraid to use it but he just shrugged at that. Between VRBO, the owner, property management, and the building association, it was impossible to know who to talk to about what and if anyone could or would help when problems arose. At every turn whatever I was dealing with was the other guy’s fault and only my problem. If not for the convenient location and perfect weather, the lack of hospitality would have entirely ruined this trip for us.
