Nous avions la chambre 401… magnifique. Grande, moderne, tranquille, vue imprenable sur l’océan. Le petit déjeuner bon, principalement les œufs brouillés. Il n’avait pas de pain b;anc…. Les personnes à la réception et les dames au buffet on été super gentilles. Bravo !

Calme, propre et belle plage de sable blanc
Hôtel en retrait par rapport à Pensacola Beach, mais pas grave, c'est vraiment calme. Cela dit, on est à 15 minutes à pied du centre névralgique. Hôtel super propre, bien entretenu. Du choix pour le petit-déjeuner, belle piscine. Accès direct à la plage de sable blanc. Comme nous sommes en retrait il n'y avait pas grand monde à la plage. 3 petits bémols : la location des chaises et parasols sur la plage (qui n'appartiennent cependant à l'hôtel). 50$ par jour pour 2 chaises et 1 parasol. Autre bémol, malgré des demandes dès notre jours d'arrivée, nous n'avons pas pu garder la chambre plis tard que midi. Et encore dès 11h00, les clefs ne fonctionnaient plus (alors que la reception nous avait garanti midi) Enfin, une odeur d'humidité dans les chambres.

From the beginning customer service was excellent and the amenities are great. However, the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next room and a dog was barking one night. Overall enjoyed it and great place for cost on the beach front.

Second year staying at this hotel and it is a wonderful place to stay. Quality hotel comfortable with beautiful views each room has a balcony with ocean views. I seriously have not found a better hotel with better views of the gulf. Next time we are in the area we will be back for a third time. Breakfast has good options that change up so it is not the same old stuff every day. Everyone on staff from front desk to maintenance, housekeeping all are fabulous and trustworthy.

What a wonderful place to stay!! First off, it’s THE cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at, second the staff are so nice and helpful, third that breakfast is awesome! We had never been to Pensacola Beach before and it will now be our “go-to” place. We absolutely loved the entire stay!

While the weather didn't cooperate, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was really spacious with lots of storage spaces. The fridge was a nice size and the view was AMAZING. Breakfast was great and there was no daily parking fee. If we return to Pensacola we will definitely stay here again!

The ocean views from the balcony were fantastic. We spent most of our time on the balcony relaxing and taking walks on the beautiful beach. The staff was great, and the hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We had a fantastic time!

We love coming to the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach. It’s a quiet area and well taken care of hotel. The free breakfast is always delicious and this time there was almond milk which is great for me because I can’t have dairy. The only thing that I could complain about is the pillows… they were flat and even if you used all of them it was still not too comfortable. Other than that a great place to stay for our short vacation

Gotta love the free breakfast and a cookie in the evening. This Holiday Inn Express had the beach backing up to the building and every room with a balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico. The entire staff was so kind and helpful, I would love to return some time.

We enjoyed staying at the HI on Pensacola Beach. First vacation we have taken very long time. Loved the balcony with the Gulf view. One thing is the fan in the bathroom was very loud which didn’t mean much during the day. We weren’t there in the room that much but at night when you got up to go to the bathroom and turned the light on the fan made a lot of noise probably just needs a little adjustment. Staff was nice place clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. If I ever make it back to Pensacola again, I would surely stay here and recommend it to others.

The breakfasts were great; good variety especially for those who can't eat eggs. Our only complaint was that the AC didn't work reliably: it would not come on until the room was 4-5 degrees above the thermostat setting, making the room unbearable to sleep in. We finally figured out how low we had to set the thermostat to keep the room comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming! We loved the beach access too!
