With more than 3,000 square feet of space, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and room for up to 14 guests, this spacious coastal home is designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to relax and enjoy Perdido Key.

One of the biggest highlights is the private heated pool and spa (Heated from March 1 - November 30th), giving you the perfect place to unwind before or after a day at the beach. Add in an outdoor gas firepit, putting green, corn hole, and ping pong, and you have a home built for both relaxation and fun.

Spend your days by the Gulf, enjoy the heated pool and spa, challenge the family to a game, and finish the evening gathered around the gas firepit.

The Space

This three-level home combines comfort, space, and some of the best vacation amenities around, including a private heated pool and spa, outdoor gas firepit, putting green, ping pong, corn hole, open living spaces, and flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups.

First Floor

The first floor is dedicated to beach supplies and storage, making it easy to grab what you need before heading out for a day along the Gulf.

This level also gives guests easy access to the home's outdoor recreation and pool areas.

The second floor serves as the main gathering level of the home and includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and two guest bedrooms.
