« Stayed 5 days 07/28/25 to 08/02/25 Could not be happier with our stay at this condo and beach area. Condo was clean & comfortable, and had everything we needed. View from balcony was amazing. Beach and pool area were relaxing and not crowded. Definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this condo. »

« We loved staying here. It’s a short drive to Johnson beach as well as Publix and restaurants. It is a very quiet street and the neighborhood is peaceful. We loved having a gated backyard for the kids to play and the loft on the front to drink morning coffee with the wife. I can’t say enough about the house and the guest service was absolutely incredible on helping us. »

« Clean, spacious, contemporary in design, furnishings and amenities. 3foot pool in the deck overlooking the gulf was a huge hit with the littles! Proximity to the uncrowded beach the best part for adults. A bit pricey, but this is a new build. The master suite was awesome! Some of the 6 bedrooms lacked drawer space; one had no closet. Kitchen well furnished, except for kitchen towels. No door mats! The dryer didn’t dry well, most likely because of poor vent installation. Maintenance personnel...

« Very comfy, great location, private pool and garage a plus. Needs some minor improvements. We prefer to cook and skillets could be replaced. Grill used lots of charcoal due to couldn't close it off. Shower curtain only had like 3 hooks. Little things. We are old so steps were an issue but was a great place to hang with our adult children. Great communication with host. »
