"Le Saphir du Sud" n'a pas de tapis! Remplacé les vanités de la salle de bain, ajouté un canapé-lit COMFY tout neuf et fait peaufiner sa cuisine en mai 2018. Nouveaux comptoirs et appareils en acier inoxydable. 

INCLUS: Vous trouverez que ce condo est entièrement équipé (et puis certains!) avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, abonnement saisonnier pour la plage (mars-octobre), serviettes de plage, commodités pour l’entrée ET deux laissez-passer gratuits pour le stationnement.

L'île d'émeraude est l'un des meilleurs endroits sur la plage de Pensacola. Marcher à tout ce qu'il y a à offrir, restaurants et boutiques. Emerald Isle lui-même offre deux piscines extérieures et un accès piétonnier à la plage privée.

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, bright, and very roomy for the two of us. The balcony was awesome, 7th floor view of the beach was incredible! Navy fly-by was the best! Having a beach umbrella/chair setup each day included was another amazing perk. We loved the building, not too big and on the east end of the large condominium buildings in Pensacola Beach. Easy to get around and see the sights! This stays is one of our favorites of many in this area!!

Snowstorm of the century!

Very nice place, great view, cleanWe were there on January 21st for the biggest snowstorm in 130 years. Spent our entire visit inside. It was very comfortable for 4 adults.

Great condo!

This condo was really great - view, layout, balcony. The one thing that needs to be addressed is the KS bed. I needs to be replaced. It’s very uncomfortable.

Nice condo, great location

The condo was just as expected, based on the pictures show. I appreciated a few extra amenities that were in the condo that I have not seen in other condos, such as salt/pepper, pods for the washing machine and an extra roll of paper towels. The location was great, right on the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view, very clean, pool was perfect and clean, I have two complaints…chair in living room was very uncomfortable and worn and needs a replacement, I would have taller chair and table outside to see over the railing. Blocks full view of ocean. I still would give all fives.

The place was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was just as mentioned in the listing and also had the cutest little gift basket for the holiday. The unit had everything we needed and more with the starter kits. I would definitely recommend this place and also stay here again. Wonderful location, friendly people and a great environment for friends and family. :))

Excellent location. Beach bum was amazing and so helpful during our stay. Beautiful scenery. Nice beach attendance (cabana guys) super friendly ans made local recommendations. Only complaint is mouse from RM 802. Loud stomping running and bouncing balls on balcony. Shower curtain in master needs replaced or washed. Master bed needs possibly a mattress topper. Dryer made beeping noises often no in middle of the night - dries great. Middle bathroom. Door catches and won’t shut easily. Light above the sink looks to be hanging a little (maybe have that checked out for safety). Top rack of dishwasher sticks and bottom will fall out if not careful. Property Codes seems not be consistent and we often were locked out. We found one that worked in the end but for beach access (coming in) and the inside (downstairs ) often didn’t work. Access to condo was no problem. Love the touch screen! Love the decor! All appliances and dishes we could ever need. I will stay here again and will recommend.

Great location and amenities!

Our stay was almost perfect. The only thing I would’ve changed is having a new mattress/bed in the master/main bedroom. There was a new one in the guest room which was extremely comfortable but was sad ours was not. Hopefully it’s updated for next time.

We loved this property. Very clean. Walk in shower a plus. Love the remodel. The chairs & umbrella included such a benefit. Beds some of the most comfortable we have ever had at beach house. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook.

Beautiful beachside location, close to all the activities and restaurants.

Traveled with three generations and there was something for everyone. My mother enjoyed the rocking chair on the balcony. My girls loved the proximity to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this unit. Only recommendation to owner would be to change out the mattress on the sofa bed. My girls ended up sleeping only on the couch that had plenty of room.

Fantastic Rental

The condo was exactly as advertised in listing. Clean and spacious rooms with an excellent view of the gulf. A bridge to the gulf shortens the walk in sugar white sands. It was a wonderful place to stay and will come back again.

Amazing Gulf View

This beautiful property was recently remodeled. The interior design is nice, clean, and fresh. As is typical with Emerald Isle properties, the balcony and pools are some of the wonderful perks to enjoy. The balcony provides a terrific view of the Gulf, sunrises, and sunsets. The condo is located very near shopping, restaurants, and even a convenience store. Standing half a mile from Pensacola Beach Pier, the condo is a marvelous place to kick back, relax, and enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer.

Property and location are perfect. Have stayed in the Emerald Isle building many times over the years. Was a little frustrated that the water to the building was shut off on one of the days of our stay. And that was poorly communicated since the day was switched last minute. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I came to Pensacola beach for a quick anniversary getaway. The condo and beach were exactly what we needed. The property is very well maintained and clean. The heated pool and hot tub were cleaned daily and we were impressed with the size of the fitness room. No free weights but several cardio options and a universal weight machine. Enough for us while we were on vacation. The beach is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. We’ll be back!

Within 2 miles of everything! One-half mile to most. Service station in front of building and Publix 7 minute drive. Bridge was still closed which was disappointing. Wind was at 30 mph so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach. Beach Bum rentals were great to work with!

Excellent stay

This property was lovely. This condo offered everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was well equipped . The mattresses were very comfortable. We found the water pressure to be a little low but the property was full so this probably contributed. This was our annual girls trip and our stay was perfect. The condo comes with a set of chairs at the beach. The guys running this service were somewhat unorganized, so check in with them and make sure they put your names on the chair each morning. They were cute and helpful and most polite, just a little unorganized. This was early in the season so they were still working on summer schedule. Great place and we hope to book this same condo next year!
