Bad experience
This hotel was not very clean. We had to change our room. For sure I won’t recommend this hotel. Everything is old , bed sheets had stains and bathroom is outdated with mold.

Pour une nuit seulement. Très humide dans la chambre, malgré la climatisation. Points très décevant, il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner. On vous offre un sac avec une petite bouteille d’eau, un paquet de biscuit (Oréo) et une mini barre de flacon d’avoine. Si vous êtes vraiment désespéré pour un café, alors il y a de l’eau à saveur de café. La réponse donner est, que c’est le gérant qui a décidé cela.

Cet établissement correspond à ce qu’on appelle un hôtel miteux! Propreté douteuse, serviettes en nombre insuffisant et de surcroît elles étaient tachées. Le plancher graisseux. Le comble fut le « déjeuner continental » … un sac en papier brun avec un mini barre tendre, des biscuits Oreo et une microscopique bouteille d’eau. Le café servi pas buvable. Je ne laisse jamais de mauvaise évaluation mais jamais plus je ne retournerai. J’aurais mieux fait de dormir dans l’auto.

Très déçu d’avoir payé 137 $ US ALORS QUE J’AURAIS PU PAYER 87$ US SUR PLACE. La personne a la réception me disait que le déjeuner était de 6am - 9am. Rendu au lendemain am, il nous dit que aucun déjeuner alors que décrit sur le site internet. Fausse représentation … certain de ne pas retourner au super 8 et j’attend une réponse de expédia!

Passez votre chemin et allez ailleurs
On nous a demander de payer 25$ pour arriver 1 heure avant, ce que nous n'avons pas fait. Nous avons attendu 1h avant de s'enregistrer alors que l’hôtel était vide... Je trouve cela très décevant et irrespectueux de la clientèle. Je passe 70 nuits dans des Hôtels par année et je n'ai JAMAIS eu à payer un extra pour arriver 1h avant. De plus, la chambre non fumeur puait la cigarette, le tapis ainsi que le chaise était sale et tachée. La douche avait de la moisissure sur les joints et il y avait de la poussière sur les meubles dans la chambre.

Tout ce qu’il faut a tarif raisonnable. Seul bémol, propreté moyenne. Il y avait des déchets plutôt degueulasse sous les sacs de poubelles. Je voulais me faire une table de nuit avec l’une d’elles, j’ai changé d’idée... Autrement, c’etait Plutôt propre.

It was fantastic! The staff was really helpful and even though I check-in in the middle of the night, the girl at the reception was smiling and really nice! If I have to return in the area, i'll definitely go back there! great location too! Also, it was my first time in the US and they made it really easier to come to this hotel, i was stressed to the new experience but i felt so well receive!

I went to check in at 3:50 and they canceled my room because my credit card would not work at 1:00 p.m. in the afternoon will check in isn't till 3:00 and no one called me just tell me that the credit card that was on file didn't work it wasn't my credit card to begin with. And then they said they were having a free continental breakfast on Xperia and there was nothing not even creamer for the one cup of coffee that was left it's nasty and on their website it said a free to go breakfast there was not even that there is no she on my bed and the receptionist told me when I went to ask her for another sheet she couldn't get in the room for a sheet and she didn't know what I did with the sheet cuz she knows the people put that on there she wanted to know why I didn't complain when I first checked in but unfortunately I didn't undo my bed to see there's no sheet on it before p.m. I think that they lied to Expedia and made themselves look better than they are and I'm very upset because I paid prices that I thought were not that cheap to get a better hotel and that they were not

Location to the interstate and parking was good. Customer service started utterly unsatisfactorily over no wifi service from reception, but another employee tried to recover the telephonic and face-to-face missteps and do damage control, albeit unsuccessfully. The bed was defective and made a loud crashing noise every time I changed positions in the bed, thereby making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

When checking in, the front desk stated the hot water was being worked on and we would not have hot water today but it would be completely ready for morning showers. It was not ready, no hot water. They did not have a breakfast as posted on their website. I asked the front desk for a refund or a gift card and I was laughed at. The money will need to be returned. They are selling rooms that are not suitable to be habiting. False advertising

Les points faibles : Propreté, équipements, infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
I had a toddler with me and the entire building and room smelled like sewage, cleaning products and smoking. They also advertise free breakfast but it was just a bag with a granola bar and water.
