Bien regardez le descriptif des chambres et les noms sur les 959 photos . Y’a pas tjrs de piscine comme les photos laissent penser … s y reprendre à 2 fois pour réserver , une fois bien choisi y’a rien a dire sur le service et l hôtel

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons logé dans le studio Macan, très propre, literie très confortable, le service impeccable, rien à redire. La piscine est magnifique ! Le restaurant propose de très bon plats. Petit bémol concernant l'intimité la villa Macan possède un peu de vis à vis et le wi-fi fonctionnait moyennement bien. Certaines activités proposées par l'établissement sont super.

nous avons logéw dans chambre luwih 2. tout etais parfait( la chambre le personnel, le restaurant, le spa ainsi que la vue sur la bay de pemuteran) le seule bémol qui fait aussi son charme est que l'établissement est en haut d'une colline difficile d'accés

I love this area, it’s much quieter and bland in with the local village and people. The cabins are great and the views are excellent. The only thing is that the cabins can get bit too hot, better ventilation or more sufficient fan would make lots of difference. The staff was without fault. Very happy overall.

The cabin we stay had a fabulous view. Putu our staff is very friendly and communicative. We get his service and response instantly. We originally planned only 2 nights and ended up staying 7 nights and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful, but could use some improvement
The property is really gorgeous and the villas are stunning. I think in a few years it will become something else entirely as the area is still being developed. For now, the services they offer (yoga, spa, restaurant, experiences) could use some improvement and the staff could benefit from being properly trained in these services and better trained in hospitality. There's also not much to do in the area, other than be in the retreat and eat at their restaurant and book their "experiences". So the services need to be really good, and right now they are just average. As far as experiences, we did the baby coral planting and that was really unique and memorable (A bit short in my opinion, I kind of wanted to snorkel and explore longer as it was so beautiful). We also did the Mt. Ijen hike. It was very cold and very dusty (so, prepare for that), we had to hike at night to get to the crater and the view was so beautiful, which made it worth it, but it was definitely challenging. We didn't appreciate that we were told the trip was private (and paid for a private tour) but our driver brought someone else to join us. We didn't necessarily care, but just an example of proper training in hospitality. Overall, a good experience and I think I'd come back in a few years with a larger group and rent out one of the big villas, because it really is gorgeous and they have a beautiful property. My feedback is meant for them to improve.

What a beautiful villa!! We were in awe when we arrived. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, we barely left! They will deliver all meals and whatever else you may need. We had a day at the spa and it was amazing. We also took advantage of the private yoga lessons in the most open and peaceful shala I have ever seen. Massages were so relaxing. We enjoyed a romantic dinner at our villa which was set up so beautifully with fresh flowers and candles, they delivered each course as we were ready. The food was great, I have zero complaints from our stay. Sad we couldn’t stay longer, will definitely be back!!

素晴らしく素敵な部屋でした。プールの広さも快適で、部屋もオシャレで、景色も最高でした。レストランも美味しかったし、スタッフの人達も、みんな素敵な笑顔でした。が虫がいます。かなり多いです。大きな虫除けスプレーも貸してもらえます。防ぎようがありません。が最後は慣れてきました。また機会があれば行きたいです。今度は夕陽や朝陽を見たいです。 近くには、美味しいお店もたくさんありました。

Amazing place! Super secluded up in the mountains and gives you an incredible view. Two absolutely gorgeous infinity pools that you just never want to leave. Friendly staff that wants to fulfill every need. Both restaurants have really delicious food. Sumberkima was a perfect destination for our honeymoon! Cant wait to come back one day.

Stayed in the Arun and it was nice but better for larger groups. It’s an open concept so just hanging out you’ll hear all the noise associated with nature and adjacent parties etc. The shuttle was very convenient which we used to not only go to the beach but also pick up food in the area. The restaurant menu options could be better.

개인적으로는 발리 숙소 중 전망이 가장 좋았습니다. 넓은 주택을 여유있게 쓸 수 있는 것도 좋고, 마을 가운데 언덕 위에 있어서 풍경을 즐기기에도 아주 좋습니다. 식당, 액티비티 모두 만족이라 다음에 가면 길게 묵고 싶네요. 그리고 고양이들이 있는데 아주 귀엽습니다.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Ein Traum im Paradies. Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit super Service. Die Mitarbeiter haben versucht einem wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und haben dies auch problemlos geschafft. Leider nicht direkt am Strand, doch auch hier wurde ein kostenloser Shuttel angeboten.

Indre mindre end fantastisk. Vidunderlig villa i vidunderligt resort. Fantastisk udsigt, dejlige store værelser, dejligt stue-/køkkenområde. Fantastisk restaurant og ditto massage. Super service med bl.a. shuttle, der gerne kører for dig hvor du vil hen i området og venter mens du f.eks. handler. En klar topkandidat over de bedste overnatningssteder overall for vores familie.

호텔까지의 가는길은 험했어요...ㅠㅠ 공항에서부터 너무 멀었고 가는길에 좀 지쳤었어요... 그래도 도착 호텔내의 사람들은 정말 친절했으며 분위기부터 뷰가 최고 였어요..뷰 보는 순간 기분이 좋아졌어요! 아침 일출부터 레스토랑에서 보눈 석양까지 최고며.. 레스토랑의 밥도 정말 맛있었구요. 리조트 숙소 안에서 이것저것 할수 있는거 같아요. 공항에서부터 멀다는 것만 감안 한다면 다음에 기회가 된다면 정말로 또 가고싶은 곳이에요.

Luxuriuos Stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at Sumberkima Hill Retreat. The villa was huge, very clean and everything was as described. The place is secluded and peaceful. Since the property is quite spread out, an on call shuttle was available to take us around the property as well as to the beach or for going to the market. We were also given a local mobile phone during our stay to connect with the staff for anything we needed. There were numerous activities like canoeing, snorkeling, trip to Menjangan island, trekking, day trips and many more that the staff was happy to organize for us. Do look at the detailed manual available at the villa. While quite a distance away from the beach, the villa shuttle was very convenient, so was the tie-up that the villa has with another resort on the beach. We were able to use their facilities when we went to the beach. We recommend you ask the villa for a driver for your transportation from the airport or elsewhere. The rates are reasonable and we had a very good English speaking driver. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Sumberkima Hill Retreat gave us fulfillment beyond our expectations. Awesome natural surroundings and views , Lovely Villa, very clean, modern architecture, all basic amenities, lovely infinity pool, very friendly hotel management made our stay memorable one. They arranged comfortable transport to the hotel and to our next destination which was very convenient for us and reasonably priced. The hotel has also a nice restaurant with delicious food.

Stunning view from sunrise to sunset, beautiful villas, tasty meals from the restaurant. (E.g Fish curry, Mie Goreng, Risotto) pulled pork was underwhelming. However, all in all, a GREAT experience to try from the conventional ‘holiday getaway’ in Bali, this takes it to a whole new level of reguvenating your mind and soul from the city life. Dear Bapak Tan, Terimakasih atas respond Bapak. Akan kami jadikan bahan pertimbangan untuk peningkatan kualitas retreat kami. Sehubungan dengan Jalan menuju hotel dan info menuju Hotel, kami telah membuat sign di setiap tikungan untuk memudahkan tamu maupun sopir menemukan lokasi kami, selama ini tamu kami yang lain tidak menemukan masalah dalam menemukan retreat kita. Kita telah memastikan google map berada pada koordinat yang tepat dan berfungsi dengan sangat baik untuk membantu tamu menemukan kami. Untuk Luwih memang tidak ada nama kamar karena sistem check in kami dari reception kemudian salah satu staff kami yg mengantar dan menunjukkan dimana kamar tersebut. Untuk tempat tidur yang berbunyi kami telah mengecek tidak ada. Kami tidak sediakan Tv di sana karena banyak tamu kita yang ingin jauh dari informasi dan hanya relax dalam kamar dan menikmati view kalau tamu ingin tv bisa booking villa yang lain Sarapan telah kami provide dengan sebaik mungkin. Kesan bangunan yang asal jadi nampaknya tidak sesuai dengan kenyataanya karena untuk membangun sebuah bungallow ataupun villa tentunya melalui proses perencanaan dan pembangunan yg cukup panjang. Kami ingin mempersembahkan akomodasi yg terkesan authentic dan berbeda dari tempat yang lain. Tentu saja security standby di retreat kami hanya saja beliau tidak diam pada tempat tertentu mengingat mereka harus inspection ke seluruh areal retreat. Tangga yang ada di dalam kamar adalah tempat untuk menggantung handuk, hal standard yang mungkin pernah bapak lihat ketika berkunjung ke hotel atau villa lain.

Villa on the Hill
Sumberkima Hill was my treat to myself for the end of my 3 week solo trip to Bali. I stayed at Villa Asmara 1 which was an absolute dream. The views overlooking my infinity pool were epic. I felt like a queen staying at such a beautiful and luxurious place. The staff was always super friendly, helpful and ready to assist with a smile. There wasn't much to do except relax as you are up on a hill and there isn't much of a town. I'm used to walking everywhere but there is a complimentary shuttle that I took to the local beach a few times. Also there are tours that can be arranged to some of the areas sites and diving, snorkeling spots. If you are looking for pure tranquility in a gorgeous and private place - Sumberkima does not disappoint.
