Wonderful
Everything was excellent. Just as described. The neighborhood and residents were polite and quiet. Shopping in walking distance and right off I-75 and Starbucks! I'll definitely book this unit again. The water pressure will decrease a little if water is running in another unit, but not long. We had no issues at all. The price was excellent too. Oh and it's on the first floor.

Great stay
We had a great stay at this condo. The owner was super responsive and the place was immaculate. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us.

Great!
Only issue we had, we couldn’t watch the local news or local television. We tried to get it to work for us or maybe we were not doing it correctly. Simplify the tv option. Very minor to a great stay though

Confortable, spacious and clean apartment
We had a great time in this apartment, it was perfectly clean, it has everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen. It is in the heart of Pembroke Pines and has a near Plaza with all the commodities you need. It has a parking space. My husband is a wheelchair user, the apartment is big enough for him to fit through the hallways and doors, except for the bathroom, but in this case it wasn't a problem for us. Thank you
