This property is very quiet and there are no sounds of traffic. I had a rental car and there’s lots of convenient parking right in the hotel parking lot.

The front desk agent was pleasant and efficient. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. On the down side, the ChargePoint spaces out front NEED to change their charging structure. The pricing for charging a PHEV is reasonable and customary, but the spaces go unused because the overnight "after charge has completed" rate goes to $4.00 per hour!! A patron has to get out of bed at 1:00AM to disconnect and find another parking space, or get charged $28 AFTER paying the charging fee. NO ONE used the spaces while we were at the hotel!

I paid about $200 for one night to be alittle closer to airport for an early morning flight. This hotel is near the freeway which is nice but dining is very very limited. Only place near by is Cracker Barrel. You’re pretty much surrounded by car dealerships at this location. The price is not worth the location at all.

Our room was not clean. A dirty sock was left, medication on the floor and nut crumbs around the floor. They obviously did not vacuum.

This is definitely not our Hampton norm, we apologize you encountered this issue as we strive our best to give you the best stay possible and unfortunately, we fell short of our commitment to you. It is a bit old, outdated the hotel. and it is quite area but out of nowhere. The room AC is very noise. Free breakfast is OK.
