Notre appartement de luxe a le plus grand balcon privĂ© Ă  la station balnĂ©aire exclusive et surplombe les deux piscines, jardins et installations. Plein de transats par deux piscines. Notre balcon a un grand barbecue, chaises longues et un canapĂ© en rotin. L'appartement est entiĂšrement Ă  distance des ventilateurs de plafond de contrĂŽle climatisĂ©e plus. MeublĂ© Ă  trĂšs haut niveau, canapĂ©s Ă©lĂ©gants, table Ă  manger en chĂȘne avec 6 chaises, TV LCD 32 ", TV satellite avec chaĂźnes anglaises en temps rĂ©el - BBC1 Ă  Channel 4 (2 heures en avance), lecteur DVD, nouvelle bibliothĂšque DVD, systĂšme de musique CD / MP3 et dock iPod. L'appartement dispose de sols en marbre, dans la cuisine, il ya des plans de travail en granit, plaque vitrocĂ©ramique, four Ă  chaleur tournante, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur Ă  vin, un grille-pain, micro-ondes et de l'eau potable filtrĂ©e. La salle de bain dispose d'un sĂšche-serviettes et la mousson puissance douche et les serviettes Jasper Conran chauffĂ©e. Nous avons pas fourni des serviettes de plage - s'il vous plaĂźt apporter des serviettes de plage avec vous. Les deux chambres ont luxe linge de lit, un sĂšche-cheveux et miroir de maquillage grossissant. Épaisses Automne & Hiver couettes sont fournis pour les clients sĂ©journant dans les mois d'hiver. Il ya aussi un stĂ©rilisateur de biberon, lit Voyage & pot fourni et chaise bĂ©bĂ© disponibles. Les installations exclusives comprennent 2 piscines, des douches et des vestiaires prĂšs de la piscine, une baignoire spa intĂ©rieure, un sauna, une salle de sport, une table de ping-pong et un billard. Nous avons fourni gratuitement le service «meet & greet» avec la direction anglaise, la climatisation gratuite (sauf pendant la pĂ©riode hivernale) et le nettoyage standard gratuit Ă  votre dĂ©part. WIFI est fourni. Si vous voulez mi vacances propre et lits faits avec des draps propres, serviettes et comprend une salle de bains et une cuisine propre, nous pouvons offrir ce pour un petit supplĂ©ment. TrĂšs bien pour une famille de 4 personnes

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour en août dans ce bel appartement avec un grand balcon et la climatisation (essentielle !). Nous avons largement profité de la belle piscine commune, assez peu utilisée par les autres résidents. Je recommande cette location.

Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet, hatte eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe und eine schöne große Terrasse. Der Check in war sehr gut und uns wurde alles sehr genau erklĂ€rt. Der Check out war total unkompliziert beim verlassen wurde der WohnungsschlĂŒssel in eine SchlĂŒsselbox gepackt. Die Wohnanlage hat im Innenbereich 2 Pools und war sehr ruhig.Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Property is in a good location for peyia and coral bay, we always hire a car so was very easy to get around and apartments are not too high up into the hills. Everything at the property was fine no issues with anything however there are a couple of things there that do need replacing, umbrella outside, material is literally hanging by a thread and the servicebook states a cost of ÂŁ70 to replace (this should be replaced immediately) Under the couch/sofa bed was not cleaned and encountered 2 cockroaches residing there (not a huge issue and easy enough to deal with but whoever cleans needs to be more thorough. But overall we were really happy there and enjoyed our stay

The property is a lovely spacious and comfortable apartment. Offered everything required.the complex was not 5 star, lovely pool but the rest was very tired, and the pigeons were everywhere

Lovely apartment and great balcony mostly residential so very quiet you almost have the pool to yourself. Car not necessary but you do have to be fit to walk up to the resturants.

Nice apartment

Nice apartment but quite far out from bars/restaurants (although we knew this when we booked so not an issue for us!). We had a few issues (e.g. no hot water) but the Property Manager was great and very responsive, fixing the issues really quickly. Property could do with a bit of a deep clean (oven and baking trays etc weren’t very clean) but would still recommend for people planning to be eating out most of the time. Overall it was a nice apartment with only minor improvements needed, and I imagine it’s fabulous in the summer months. Thank you to the hosts!

Great Apartment.

Great apartment. Very clean and spacious. Lovely big balcony with view of the 2 x pools. Plenty of sunbeds. Grounds were kept very tidy by Andrew. Excellent meet and greet. We will be back again !

Not quite as hoped for

Large apartment but wasn’t well cleaned. Lots of cobwebs in the rooms. Which really let it down. The terrace is lovely but very overlooked which you can’t see when booking. My friend stayed there years ago and had forgotten how overlooked you are. It’s also a very noisy place during the week as they run some sort of crùche out of the gym so lots of small kids. So ok for a family. Not a couple or adults in my opinion.

Winter break in Peyia

the property and its neighbours look good and modern, however after rain a great deal of mold appeared on the north facing bedroom wall. The property manager gave us a dehumidifier, but it made no difference. The sealent in the bathroom is starting to look grubby and the pots and pans in the kitchen could do with updating. We were charged for the wifi which you state is free.

Lovely Place!

A really lovely apartment which is decorated and kitted out to a high level. Large outside spaces with loungers, tables and BBQ. To be honest we couldn't fault the place and it is obviously loved by the owners. We had a car for the week which was a must for us as the weather was worse than in the UK. We stayed in Peyia in November a few years ago and it was 28/30 every day. Luck of the draw I suppose. The bars and restaurants which are a 10 minute walk away (quite hilly in both directions) are all good value and a lot cheaper than back home. Nice place,shame about the weather!

Fabulous Place

We loved this place, our little bit of paradise apartment had great location and was very lovely decorated and had everything you need! Management company couldn’t do enough. Apartment great size, kitchen catered for every need. Bedroom lots of storage comfy beds with good air conditioning. Pool area great hardly anyone about pool to ourselves on occasion. Balcony very large so can dine or sunbathe or lounge about on sofas. Everything’s been thought of! Location great up hill to village 10/15 min walk. Taxi/car journey to Coral Bay or Paphos. Beautiful place to explore. Loads of restaurants in Coral bay a Few in Peyia all good value and great places to eat. Thoroughly recommend. Loved it!

We have just stayed 11 nights at this beautiful apartment. It is exactly as the pictures show. Everything is so comfy and beautiful inside and out. Balcony is very big and set out perfectly. Two pools to use which were brilliant. Communication with owners when booking and management when we arrived was excellent. A car would be useful but not necessary. Friends wedding in Coral Bay

Beautiful apartment, exactly as it appears on website with no hidden surprises. We hired a car for our stay which I would recommend as it just made things a little easier. Driving is fine there as they drive on the left.

Fab villa with great space and home comforts.

We rented this villa at the very last minute and it saved our holiday. We’d already arrived in Cyprus after booking a different villa in Mandria. To our horror, we arrived at our original booking to an absolutely disgusting villa that was nothing like the advert on AIRBNB. I won’t go into how awful it was but we left after 24 hours and Chris and Carrie kindly accepted a last minute booking from us. Their agent met us in town the following morning, really friendly and helpful. The villa was lovely and so well equipped. Kids were made up with the cable TV and internet which really helped when there was a couple of rainy days. Outside balcony space was lovely and roomy and pool area was nice too. Carrie and Chris allowed us to have a late check out on the last day which was great with three young children not having to hand around the airport for hours plus it kind of made up for the time we lost in the villa from hell. Would definitely recommend and go back someday. Thanks again

This apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with details like a drinks fridge and high quality balcony furniture that you don’t get in other apartments. The pools were never busy during our stay and we often had them completely to ourselves. The games room is a nice addition, but be aware there is no aircon in there so take a cold drink! Communication with Carrie was excellent from day one, I couldn’t fault it. Once in Cyprus the management team were equally helpful and extremely prompt. They are also happy to offer recommendations for places to go in the area. If you’re looking to explore Cyprus you will want a car but it is easy to get to Peyia and Coral bay. This is a brilliant place to stay, make sure you don’t overlook it!

Good little base to relax

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment during the Easter break. It has two pools; neither has a shallow end suitable for little ones but they are of decent size. The apartment is a good size for a family of 4 with a nice balcony terrace. We worked out the buses from Peyia and managed to get to and from the Coral Bay Area fairly easily which has all the tourist tat you could wish for but also nice restaurants and bars. You can walk into Peyia from the apartment which has some bars and food shops. We had good communication from the owners before and after our break. If you want to explore more of Cyprus a car would be essential.
