Dear James, Thank you for taking the time to give a review of your stay. I am glad that you were able to enjoy the cocktails that we have on offer and liked your room. I will be sure to let the Chefs know that you enjoyed your breakfast. The staff all try their hardest to make our guests feel welcomed and I am glad you had this experience. The hotel is in the process of having areas refurbished so I do apologise if you saw areas that were slightly run down, as you can imagine this takes time. We hope that you decide to stay again in the future.

Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to give a review of the hotel. I was the receptionist who checked you in so thank you very much, all staff members appreciate recognition. I am glad to hear that you also enjoyed breakfast.
I do apologise that the fire alarm went off and interrupted your stay, leaving you feeling unsafe and unable to go to sleep. When the fire alarm went off that night at 1am there was only 2 members of staff in the building due to the unsocial hour and they will have needed to checkout the location of where the fire alarm was set off. I do apologise that you felt like you did not know what to do, but if not prior informed by reception of a drill please treat every fire alarm as a real situation and exit via the nearest fire door. I have passed your feedback onto our manager so that he can have a word with all members of staff in what to do in a fire alarm situation.
