Welcome to The White House at Pearl Beach, a spacious, contemporary beach retreat designed for families and groups to relax and reconnect. Set against a backdrop of lush Australian bushland and just moments from the golden sands of Pearl Beach, this home is the perfect blend of style, comfort and coastal charm.

With three generous king/queen bedrooms plus a dedicated kids room featuring bunks and single beds, the house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 children, ideal for two to three families holidaying together.

THE SPACE-
Spread over two levels, The White House offers plenty of room for everyone.

Ground Floor: A private master suite with king bed, ensuite, walk-in shower, freestanding bath, separate toilet, split system air conditioning, ceiling fan and television.

Upstairs: The heart of the home, open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas flowing seamlessly onto a large outdoor deck. The light-filled lounge offers multiple seating options, including a full length bench seat overlooking the rear garden.

The dining area seats 8, with an additional 5 seats at the kitchen bench. Enjoy tranquil tree views from the front verandah, the perfect spot for your morning coffee.

The White House is framed by beautifully landscaped gardens, with tiered lawns and a shaded verandah under the canopy of mature trees at the front, while the rear garden features a large deck with dining for nine, a Weber family BBQ, outdoor lounge, fire pit, outdoor shower, and plenty of lawn for kids to play. The garden extends into Jade Place and is partly fenced, offering both space and privacy for your stay.
