The landscaped and green surroundings of the house cover an area of approximately 3500m2. The villa is a complex consisting of three separate units with a pool and landscaped surroundings:
• Teran Apartment: Basement - game room; Ground floor - bedroom + kitchen with dining area and double bed + bathroom with shower
• Muscat Apartment: Ground floor - bathroom with shower + large living room with kitchen and dining area; First floor: 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms with bathtub
• Pinot Apartment: Ground floor - bedroom + kitchen with dining area and double bed + bathroom with bathtub + separate toilet
Year of construction: 2013 Total useful area of the property: 260m2 for the entire complex Cooling: eco-friendly underfloor cooling Outdoor pool: 32m2 The total capacity of the complex is 12 beds, including 4 double beds in twin rooms and 2 double beds located in the areas with kitchen and dining area in the Teran and Pinot Apartments. There is 1 large kitchen with a dining table for 12 people in the Muscat Apartment on the ground floor, as well as 2 small auxiliary kitchens in the Teran and Pinot Apartments. Each kitchen is equipped with 3 stoves, 3 refrigerators, and 3 dishwashers.
The living room is approximately 40m2 with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, and an integrated kitchen and dining area, located on the ground floor in Apartment II.
Equipment includes Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, coffee makers, toasters, electric kettles, a music system, a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes drying rack, and an outdoor barbecue.
The game room offers various activities such as table tennis, billiards, darts, and a Play Station, along with 2 sofa beds for relaxation.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. The host welcomes guests and hands over the keys.
