We just had lawn weeding done, but the company took off for the holidays after partially doing the work. Your maintenance and housekeeping issues will be forwarded to our respective departments for appropriate action. All our wending and ice machines are in the lobby a phone call to the front desk would have helped you , also we do have signs everywhere for guidance. Hope this has answered your concerns.

As a courtesy to most guest we do not allow smoking in the rooms , but we do have a downstairs designated area for smoking . We hope we have answered your concerns and we will see you again.
