Regarding your interaction with our Bartender Team, this is a very unusual encounter for The House and below our standards. We have untaken comprehensive on the job training with the team to improve service and correct response to our guest as you are what matters most and guest satisfaction is key to our success. The above is not an attempt to absolve us of responsibility, the fact remains that we did not meet some of your expectations and your holiday experience. Here at The House, guest satisfaction is of utmost importance as we seek to offer each guest a serene and enjoyable holiday. We sincerely apologize that there were aspects of your stay that did not meet your satisfaction, and will be sure to improve on the key areas highlighted going forward. I am pleased to learn, however, that you were able to enjoy several dining experiences outside the hotel, as Barbados is truly a feast for the senses, especially along the west coast where The House is located. Lastly, with respect to your bill at check out, the fee that you are referring to, I believe, is the set government tax, paid by all persons staying in catered accommodation on the island, and is charged per room per night, and not per person. I hope that this clears things up.
Once again, I wish to thank you for your valued feedback as it is only through such that we are able to maintain and improve upon what we extend to you, our valued guests.
