🛏️The Space:

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, located in unit 12G at True Blue Resort, offers a relaxing retreat in the peaceful setting of Pawleys Island. The villa features a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and a twin bed and a twin bunk bed in the other, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Enjoy the golf course views from the screened-in porch and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen, multiple cable TVs, and washer/dryer combination. Situated on the second floor, this villa provides all the comforts of home for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Check-in instructions: The Guest will check in at the front desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort, located at: 14276 Ocean Highway, Pawleys Island, SC 29585, about 6 miles away from the condo.

Please Note: These vacation rentals are located in the True Blue Golf Club community. About a 10-minute drive south on Hwy. 17 from the Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort check-in office location

Parking Policy: Overnight guest parking for the True Blue is limited to two (2) parking passes per reservation. Additional parking
passes can be provided for additional vehicles with advanced notice, at least two weeks before arrival. The securing of additional
overnight parking passes will result in a per pass fee of $10.00.

please message us, 2 weeks prior to arrival and provide the make, model, and license plate number for each vehicle.
