From the kitchen you access the spacious terrace with private pool, where you will find a large table with 8 chairs and a barbecue.

The villa is just a few minutes (by taxi or scooter) from the centre of Pattaya with its large shopping malls, famous nightlife, street markets, golf courses and beautiful beaches.

The neighbourhood
The property has 24/7 security and night surveillance. The property is close to a main road with plenty of good restaurants and bars, including an Irish pub, a supermarket, a fresh market, a German bakery (fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage parlours, all just a few minutes' walk from the villa.

Upon arrival, we will welcome you to the villa and give you information about Pattaya and the surrounding area.

Beds are made and 4 towels are provided for each bedroom. The fridge is stocked with 24 bottles of drinking water on arrival.

We offer a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaners will come and clean for you every day for up to 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets and change towels.

Electricity is not included in the rental price Price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost is 8 baht per kWh, water is free with normal consumption.
