L'hôtel a une bonne situation géographique mais au milieu de fête et donc dans une rue bruyante. L'accueil a été très mauvais. J'ai changé de chambre 3 fois. Ce matin un gros cafard. Le petit est médiocre sauf si on aime l'a nourriture indienne. Le personnel n'est pas à l'écoute.

Hotel to be avoided at all costs. Full of Indians who spend their time talking loud on the phone with their relatives and friends in front of your door at 03:00 am.... Full of Indians who spend their time making small parties with prostitutes next to your room. Full of uneducated people at breakfast (...) Hotel was built after WWII and front desk staff (names available) don't care about your problems. Don't go there It will ruin your days and your nights.

Grande chambre toutefois ménage vite fait, le déjeuner est bien cependant, pauvre en fruits, il y a 3 piscines toutefois à l'ombre vers les 15 heures. Avec la construction du Hilton juste tout près, il n'est plus possible de notre balcon de voir les couchers de soleil, bien dommage!

calme et confort en plein coeur de la ville
beau complexe hôtelier à 300 mètres des premières plages. 3 piscines extérieurs dont 1 très belle en terrasse au dernier étage mais un peu petite (seulement une dizaine de transat). l'accueil du personnel est sympathique, l'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Seul bémol, le wifi rame un peu et j'ai eu quelques soucis de connexion sinon je conseille cet hôtel très agréable et confortable.

Stayed here for 15 nights. Lovely, clean hotel staff are really friendly, especially God at the poolside bar. We wouls stay here again but not have breakfast as plenty of places in the area to eat at a very good cost. Needed help twice in the stay when the safe coukdnt be opened. Very prompt service from the maintenance team. Great holiday would highly recommend

Excellent customer service, and housekeeping. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Two blocks from Pattaya's largest shopping mall with McDonald's, Dairy Queen,, pizza just like US.
