Hôtel à éviter
Accueil glaciale, aucune information sur les services de l'hôtel, chambre sale douche froide pas d'eau chaude sinon tiède, toilettes très près de la douche, restaurant long et odieux du jamais vu en Thaïlande ! Ascenseur vieux et douteux ! La piscine face à la réception au rdc côté parking ! La plage de pattaya est envahit par les bateaux, salie par les touristes, peu de bons restaurants dans le coin.

Room for improvement
I thought the hotel was old and outdated. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because I was with someone, that I was trying to impress. Bath tub had mold in it. They only gave you 1 room key, so when you return to your room it was hot. Free breakfast buffet, but not impressive. Very limited items to eat. Overall, I feel if this hotel takes on a renovation it could improve its image. It has potential with a great location from the beach and 2 malls close.

This is not a hotell
Breakfast was nothing special, cold food at 9 o clock. Order an omellet but diden’t get any after 20minute. The Rooms are big but not nice. The staff was unpleasant and looked tired. It seemed like all the staff were sitting behind the reception desk sleeping. No service at all in a 4 Star hotell? Nothing to order to the pool or room. This is not a hotell its more like an apartment with cleaning. because the hotel was not at all what I ordered, I wanted to check out the next day. But I didn't get that. When I wanted to talk to the manager, it didn't work either because he was on vacation. so bad.

Cockroach surprise
1. There was a three separate bed room reserved for a single traveller. 2. After asking a nice single room, I got a possibility to upgrade. I was really disapointed when there - in the more expensive room - there were big cockroaches in two separate cases which the personnel came to remove after asking it. 3. Because I couldn't sleep in a messy room with cockroaches, I finally got a somehow nice and clean room for the rest of my stay.

이곳 호텔이 비밀가격으로 할인 나와서 2박을 해보았습니다 장점: 바다가보이는 테라스와 위치정도..먹을만한 조식 단점: 와이파이 느림,샤워기 수압,노후된 시설,퀴퀴한 냄새,온수기가 문제가 있는지 물도 세고 우웅~하는 소리가 났다가 안났다가 함, 제일 짜증난거는 화장실 수압이 약해서 소변외에는 쓸수가 없어서 처음에 막히고 난뒤 직원 부르니 30분인가 뒤에 왔음,그 다음 부터 1층 가서 썼음 , 발코니는 새똥 천지에 아마도 제거도 안하는지 굳어서 오래된 흔적이 있음, 컵 쟁반에 시커먼 무언가가 있었음 휘트니스 센터라고 있길래 가보니 벤치 프레스 하나 아령 6개 끝임 ,굉장히 좁아서 사용하다 쪄 죽을듯, 그리고 무료 생수 있는데 이거 병 잊어 먹으면 20바트 벌금이라고 적혀있고요 처음 예약했을때 할인하길래 1박당 거의 7만 5천원인가 예약했는데 저녁에 보니 2박 기준 500바트가 또 내려갔아요 정말 스트레스에 연장이었어요 후기 검색후 다들 좋다고 해서 예약했는데 완전 한국 여인숙~여관수준임, 정말 비추입니다 ㅠㅠ

we have stayed here a few times and got the room we had asked for, the hotel is a little bit dated but just across the road from the beach. breakfast was good but didn't use the restaurant as the band they have was to loud to enjoy your meal or talk. fortunately the band stopped around 11.30 each night so we could sleep but often woken up by young tour groups running up the hallways and banging doors.

お勧めホテル(立地・コスパ)
毎回、サンダレーリゾートのグランド(520号)を利用しています。今回は初めてパタヤを訪問する友人3人を引き連れ4泊しました。【立地】ビーチロードに面してSoi2の角地にあります。コンビニエンスストアとランドリー(朝出し・夕方UP)は隣にあります。両替屋・タイマッサージ屋も近いです。セカンドロードまで行けば大きな商業施設のBic-Cがあり、食事や土産品や日常生活雑貨等ほとんどの物が揃っておりホテルライフに事欠きません。ノースパタヤなので南と比較して静かです。【設備】6Fまで客室があり、多少古めかしさはありますが、エレベーター2基あり、プールサイドでのんびりとすることができます。【レストラン】朝食付にすれば、海を眺めながらオープンテラスでビュッフェスタイルの食事ができます。卵は焼き方等も注文できます。飲み物・果物・野菜・パン。おかず等種類が豊富です。【室内】宿泊するならデラックスプラス以上の部屋が眺望もよく、広さも充分でバスタブ付でお勧めです。バルコニーが2箇所あって、そこで喫煙もできます。(室内禁煙)トイレには手動式の尻洗浄機が付いています。エアコンが2基付いています。円卓や椅子、サイドソファーもあり快適です。勿論、テレビや冷蔵庫・湯沸し器・デジタル式のセイフティーボックスもあります。【アメニティー】石鹸・シャンプー・歯ブラシ・綿棒・ドライヤー・紙製スリッパ・毎日2本の飲料水・大小タオル・毎日のシーツ交換と清掃。但し、髭剃りはありません。【スタッフ】皆フレンドリーですが、全て英語です。カタコトでもタイ語を交えて話すと親近感を持たれます。日本のせんべいや柿ピー等お菓子を差し入れると喜ばれます。【その他】ジョイナーフィー無し・プールサイドでの冷たいマンゴーシェイクは最高!・クラブサンドウィッチは一人前で量が多くて旨いですよ!(180BHT)・ウォーキングストリートまでは、テンソウ(10BHT)で7~8分・Soi6へは徒歩で5分・セカンドロードにMP(マッサージパーラー)多し・スーペリアルームは狭くてお勧めできません・和食屋も近隣に多いので散策してみてください。
