One of the best places to stay in pattaya. Great pool area and gym and close to terminal 21. Everything was clean and modern and the staff were amazing! 10/10!

いつもスタッフがとても優しかった。言葉が通じない時は、スマホでわざわざ翻訳してくれた。ビーチタオルを1日に午前、午後の2回利用できた。ホテルの朝食ブュッフェ、昼食に利用したレストランメニューどちらも大変満足でした。また、ホテルの立地も買い物にとても便利で、是非また泊まりたい。

Expediaゴールド特典　VIP ACCESSが全く利用できなかったのが残念です。事前にホテル側から有料のアップグレード連絡はありましたが、当日チェックイン時にExpediaゴールドを伝えるとアップグレードは不可との事。 ソフトドリンクの20％オフも使えず… アップグレードは当日空きがあればというのは理解してますが当日空きがあっても有料というのは… 部屋はとても綺麗です！とても過ごしやすい。 シャワーの水圧も温度も素晴らしいです。 部屋のアメニティは最低限なので、スリッパは持参必須 海も近いので、次は特典は期待せずに泊まりたいと思えるホテルです

Bodde her i 2 uker. Vennlig og oppmerksomt personale, og rene rom. Lite støy inn på rommet, bra bassengområde. Alt i alt et fint hotell. Vær obs på at det er et stykke å gå over traffikerte veier til butikkene i nærheten. Det blir ofte til at en handler varer for firedobbel pris på hotellet. Eneste jeg har å klage på er alt rotet til hotellets resturant. De roter rundt som hodeløse høns.

Convenient location because it’s a mere 200m to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall. There’s also a Let’s Relax Massage Branch right across the street. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom large. Balcony is excellent especially with the Ocean View. Swimming Pool is good but not great. Could be larger especially during peak season. If there is one major negative, I would say it’s the food options. The only place you can get food once breakfast closes, is in the Pool Bar area. If you want to eat dinner in the hotel, you’ll have to do it outdoors and under poor lighting. There is also no room service. Breakfast is good, but not great for a Thai hotel, meaning the range of food options could have been better.

From the 9th floor facing the ocean is a beautiful view. Great location, close to the beach and large, beautiful Century Plaza. Room was clean, service terrific and staff very friendly.

Overall nice family vacation
Overall very satisfying stay. Breakfast was crowded time to time, and seemed like there were quite much one night tour charter vacationers. Hotel felt sometimes crowded. But overall it was good time. Childrens pool was nice. Weekend time they had some extra activities for childrens, which I think they could accomodate all the time. Seaview room had real sea view with no obstacles.

Wonderful location. Very nice and clean. Great views from upper floor rooms. Excellent pool area. Horrible breakfast buffet. Many hot foods served unpleasantly cold. Inexperienced restaurant manager. Poor and dangerous lack of temperature control of food on the buffet. AVOID breakfast here.

Nothing bad to this place. It's well located not far from the beach and have a very swimming pool. All employees are very friendly, always ask about service, they take care of their guest.
