Séjour agréable et personnel sympathique et professionnel. Loué villa sur jardin .Ne pas laisser traîner de la nourriture ou boisson car vite envahit par les fourmis(seul inconvénient majeur à déplorer) Plus un peu de bruit à partir de 8h le matin suite à des travaux de construction juste à côté de mon logement. La direction aurait peut-être pu m'avertir du désagrément ? Mais dans l'ensemble bon hôtel.

Très bonne hôtel, emplacement idéal, centre commerciale, restaurant et marchés accessibles à pieds. Ambiance très calme et apaisante en centre ville. Seul point négatif, le restaurant dont les petits déjeuners sont d’un niveau très moyen, il ne ressemble pas au photo, sont sans saveurs et chers.

Bungalow parfait literie parfaite Seule point négatif mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien : arbres autour du bungalow remplis de milliers de chauves souris qui hurlent jour et nuit Sinon tout est parfait Un peu plus de chaises longues seraient bien car j’imagine que si l’hôtel est complet ça doit être la guerre aux transats

It was a different experience staying at this resort. The detached cabins were clean, organized well, and were all surrounded by beautiful landscapes, gardens, and a great pool, however, the crazy number of bats in the overhead trees near the back of the property was a bit much. Couldn't walk back there without getting dropped on and they were much larger than the bats we have here in Canada that's for sure haha. Lucky for me I was closer to the outdoor bar and away from the drop zone. The staff was very polite and I think it would be a great place to spend more than just a night as I did. Maybe next time. I still wouldn't pass by this place if you had a chance. It's very peaceful and just shy of the busy sections. Close to Terminal 21 and the beach. Besides, the cost of a Bolt ride to get to the entertainment areas won't break your bank account. Cost me about 34TBH for a Bolt Bike ride to Soi 6 area.

このホテルへ滞在して、私はかなりのストレスを感じた。 庭の木におよそ５００羽程度のコウモリが常にいる。コウモリは昼と夜に鳴いていて、毎日うるさくて眠れませんでした。歩く歩道には糞が落ちていて、素足で歩く人がそのままプールへ入っていました。 私は喉が痛くなり、気分が悪くなりました。私は時間とお金を費やし、ストレスを貯めるためにこのホテルに来ました。

Good Location
I had an easy check in and front desk staff are friendly. However, the room that I was given was dirty (stained blankets and pillow cases, old towels, weird smell to the room, open water bottles in the mini fridge)and there was no hot water. I told reception and someone came to look at it but after a couple of hours I qsked if it would be fixed soon and they moved me into a similar room that was clean and had hot water. The room and rhe room I was in before had a weird sewage smell! The location is good and the hotel pool and bar area is nice.

Die vier Sterne dieses Hotels sind wohl vom Himmel gefallen.Wenn ich vier Sterne buche möchte ich auch vier Sterne bekommen.Diese Hotel verdient nur zwei.Hatte Deluxe Bungalow gebucht.Größe und Sauberkeit noch ok aber:Zu wenig Stauraum für Kleidung,kein Telefon,keine Ablagen in der Dusche,Duschkopf teilweise verstopft,mehrmals kein warm Wasser,nur eine Nachttischlampe,Licht am Waschbecken wie Kerze-Problem beim rasieren,Poolwasser war verdreckt und konnte zwei Tage nicht genutzt werden,die Poolumrandung war durch Vogeldreck und Kot von den Flughunden verdreckt und wurde in den vier Wochen meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt,die Bezüge der Liegen waren ebenfalls durch Vogel-Flughundekot verdreckt,die Bezüge der Liegen hatten teilweise Löcher,die Kopfteile der Liegen lassen sich nicht verstellen,bei zwei Liegen fehlten teilweise Bretter oder waren angebrochen,die Handtücher der Liegen sind alt und verwaschen und hatten ebenfalls teilweise Löcher,die Liegen werden von den Gästen morgens schon reserviert und das Personal duldet das,einen Whirlpool und Badminton Feld gibt es gar nicht, ein kleiner Teich ist mit dreckigem Wasser gefüllt,zwischen den Bungalows liegt Müll und Laub,ein Restaurant gibt es auch nicht bzw. die Poolbar soll das sein,Essen wird aus der Gaststätte Taverne bestellt,Abends und Nachts viele Moskitos,an der Poolbar laufen Ratten herum,Zimmertür lässt sich ohne Schlüssel nicht öffnen,zur Krönung eine Großbaustelle gegenüber den ganzen Tag Baulärm.

Hotel that felt like a Glamping experience
The pool was lovely. I didn't like the bugs and the bats were very load at night when sleeping. Other wise the room is a good size. There was construction going on across from the property so I wouldn't recommend it to a light sleeper. For me it was like glamping.

Not quite what we expected!!
The hotel surroundings are beautiful as is the rooms! The pool area was a bit of a let down as not the cleanliness we have stayed at a property. It is mainly based on Germans which there is alot of plus the breakfast is also based on there taste as well so a bit disappointed with that. I personally wouldn’t stay again as the greeting we got when we arrived and also left the hotel never made us feel welcome at all! There always seemed so many flys when eating lunch at the hotel restaurant with no type of deterant to keep them away. Not to far from the beach tho which wasn’t the worse!

3 week stay
Very happy with bungalow room, air con very good, TV quite new. For the age of resort very good, new builds just don’t have the space. Pool area could have been worked better towels left on sun beds, staff didn’t work the area well. One big thing to mention was the noise from the birds in the trees, very loud at certain times of the day and night, but this is the price you pay for a good outside area. Have stayed in 4 hotels in the area and would definitely look at booking here again as was very happy with my 3 week stay. No mini bar or phone in room, but not needed as a good working fridge, kettle. Coffee sachets 2 per day per room. Room kept very clean, cleaning staff very good. Very happy with my stay and would look to book this hotel again for my next stay.

Peace & nature middle of busy Pattaya
Great value, hidden nature resort middle of busy Pattaya. Great service from all the staff, all requests were met (also got a room upgrade and birthday cake for free). I would definitely recommend staying here if you prefer peace & quiet & nature stay over huge Pattaya resorts.
