accueil par le personnels glaciale, trouver sa chambre tout seul.les rideaux ne sont pas étanche à la lumière Pour le reste assez bien pour le prix, hôtel très calme petit déjeuner parfait chambre bien pour le prix draps et serviettes changés très souvent aucun problème pour pour amener des amis dans la chambre.

Pattaya au top.
Hotel idéalement situé à Pattaya, Ni trop loin, ni trop près de toute l'activité diurne et nocturne. Le personnel est vraiment au top, et dieu sait que j'ai étais pénible avec la réception à demander de changer de chambre Pcq je voulais être plus en hauteur pour avoir une meilleure vue. Un vehicule toujours à dispo pour vous conduire immédiatement sur la route principale (5min à pied). Pour etre au top à Pattaya, louez un 2 roue et si vous souhaitez partir en dehors de Pattaya, une voiture, avec le GPS vous ne pouvez pas voir perdre. Au centre commercial, festival center au N-0 vous avez le magasin de l'opérateur AIS, une carte sim 3G avec 6 Go 699bath, pour 12Go 799 bath. Cet opérateur est au top. J'avais la 3G partout quand d'autre opérateur ne l'avait pas.

Déception : Petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel voisin car aucune salle de restaurant dans le bella!!!!
Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est correcte, situé pas très loin d'une petite plage sympa. Par contre fait hors du commun, il n'y a pas de salle de restaurant dans cet hôtel, donc pour le petit déjeuner inclus dans mon offre il fallait aller dans un second hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner. Bref ne pas l'indiqué dans le descriptif de l'offre expédia est honteux, car sortir tous les matins pour aller dans l'hôtel voisin avec un ticket a donné cela fait pas sérieux. Idem pour la piscine, celui de mon hôtel est à l'ombre toute petite avec 6 bancs et toute de suite à l'enregistrement on nous dit qu'il est plus simple d'aller à la piscine de l'hôtel voisin que cela est compris car les hôtels appartiennent aux mêmes groupes.

Vi havde et udmærket ophold. Glad for at vi havde betalt for udsigt, det forhøjede kvaliteten af opholdet. Jeg synes, det er for ofte at skifte sengetøj hver dag, to gange ugentlig vil være mere reelt. Prisen kunne godt have indeholdt morgenmad, det havde været mere rimeligt. Til gengæld var det fint, at der var mulighed for suttlebil, men den kunne nemt undværes, hvis man vil tage hensyn til miljøet.

great views of Pattaya without the noise
We arrived in the afternoon at the hotel and we were amazed how friendly the staff were and even more with the ice cold drink and refreshing cold towel on a very hot day in Thailand. The room itself was almost perfect , just needed a paint here and there. The shower was hot so no complaints in the morning .views are stunning from the sea view balconies and perfect for some quiet time . Free shuttle to theend of the road, then hop on a tuk tuk .great stay happy to leave good feed back .

I stayed at the hotel for 16 nights at a superior seaview room (511). My overall experience could be rated at 8/10 The hotel has a problem with staff shortages for the cleaning of rooms each day which does not allow enough time for the remaining staff member to fully clean the room each day. (time restraints) The wifi in my room only worked 20% of the time and I had to mostly go to the lobby to get adequate reception. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of various choices of food available some of which changed every couple of days. The staff are all very helpful and I would certainly return there again.This was my fourth stay at this hotel.

Не первый год приезжаем в ваш замечательный отель и всегда удивляет чистота номера, белизна белья и нарядность. Очень радует персонал отеля своим дружелюбием, радушием, готовностью помочь, особенно горничной шестого этажа, создававшей нам уют в номере, несмотря на трудности с языком. Нам очень нравится ресторан отеля, богатый выбор замечательных блюд, их оформление. С удовольствием посещаем бассейн! Очень нравится расположение отеля в шаговой доступности морского пляжа, супермаркетов, остановок такси. Отдельное спасибо за такси отеля, которое возит гостей к Трем дельфи -нам! Спасибо персоналу отеля за внимание. В этом году поставили мусорные баки возле отеля ,хотелось бы чтоб их убрали,не очень комфортно идти к морю когда мусор не убран. Спасибо огромное за всё! Мы любим Таиланд, мы любим наш отель, скучаем за ним, мы с родными, близкими будем приезжать сюда всегда как появиться возможность!

Leider nach Bau des Terminal 21 Kaufhauses mit dadurch geänderter Verkehrsführung ist die ehemals ruhige Straße viel stärker befahren, so dass die Zimmer mit Meerblick ziemlich laut sind.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле несколько лет, нас почти все устраивает, если не придираться, тк цена соответствует качеству. Хороший менеджмент, обслуживающий персонал доброжелательный, всегда выполняются все просьбы, хорошие завтраки, локация отеля , да ещё с доставкой до места, откуда можно доехать в любую точку города. Отель находится рядом с морем.

Excellent for price
I was very happy with my stay. The room was big with large fridge, sink and micro wave and safe. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast, which was served at Best Bella next door was excellent. Shuttle service to Dolphin Roundabout was also very good.Shower wos over bath, but plenty of hot water. The only negative was wardrobe space very limited. Only big enough for one. No umbrella's round pool.

ใกล้ terminal 21 สิ่งมี่ดีงานมที่สุดของที่นี่คือ อาหารเช้า ที่หลากหลายเชื้อชาติมากๆ ไทย จีน ฝรั่ง แอบมีเกาหลี กับฝรั่งเศสนิดๆ ถึงไม่ได้อร่อยมากมายแต่ก็ถือว่าในราคานี้มีความหลากหลาย มากๆ ส่วนห้องพักตึกเมโทร ใหญ่กว้างขวางมีครัว มีสระว่ายน้ำที่ว่ายได้จริงๆ แต่ขอตินิดนึงเรื่องความสะอาด ของพื้นห้อง สรุปภาพรวมถือว่าดี ให้ 3.5 ดาวเต็ม 5 ได้เลย ครับ

Грязнее отеля я ещё не видел ни когда!!! В НОМЕРЕ БЕГАЮТ ТАБУНАМИ РЫЖИЕ МУРАВЬИ. Уборка номеров ни какая ( хотя оставляли деньги) , грязь везде ! Под кроватью в номере вообще не моют !!! Заказывали номер для не курящих ( и на двери в комнаты была картинка перечёркнутой сигареты), однако как только зашли в номер - запах табака был стойкий! Постельное белье , подушки , одеяло - все было прокуренно напрочь ! Единственное было не плохо - это завтраки ( есть из чего выбрать )

Отель твердая 4 Для Тая. Местоположение на отлично. Завтраки для Тая Идеально . Бассейны для двух отелей с Best Bella Отлично. Район удобен. Сауна с хамамом оченььь. Номера на 4 звёзды для тая. Массаж слепых рядом, для тех кому нужен настоящий. А если нет желания ехать на Ко Ларн , то близко огромный пляж. Best bella and Bella villa metro рекомендую!!!

宿泊客減少に伴う経費削減
これはパタヤ全体に言えることだが以前に比べロシア人客が減っている。それとエアコンを新しくしたためか、宿泊料金が若干値上がりした。にもかかわらず、日本語新聞がなくなり、朝食も宿泊客が少ない日はホットミールがビュッフェではなくオーダー制になっている。サービスに過不足がない良いホテルであっただけに非常に残念である。

Bra hotel med bra frukost och utmärkt städning (mrs panncake). Liten pool.Bra transportservice. Tyvärr krångla wifi,störande busstrafik på kvällen!.

Отличный отдых
Отдыхали с 01.02.2018 по 21.02.2018г. вместе с друзьями,нас устроило ВСЁ,особенно расположение,все в шаговой доступности.Номера чистенькие,постель и полотенца меняются каждый день,завтраки просто шикарные.Бассейн порадовал тем,что практически целый день там тень,но лежачков маловато.Поселили в течении 5-ти минут,даже раньше времени.Номера точно по заказу,вид на океан изумительный.На ресепшене молодежь приветливая,улыбчивая.Есть,конечно и минусы,но они теряются на фоне всего отдыха.Если будем в Паттаейе еще раз,остановимся именно здесь.Рекомендуем
