I do not know for what reasons this happened, but I am more than sure that if a guest came and stayed with us as planned, he would be delighted with our pool and beautiful area for selfies. It is a pity that the guest could not come and appreciate all the delights of my house.

1) 浴室去水位太慢, 水溫很難控制 2) 泳池邊需要做一些維護, 很容易擦傷 3) 煮食爐火力太弱 4) 傢私,冷氣都太殘舊 5) 清潔姐姐有禮貌,讚 6) 地點方便易找

Dear Guest, Thank you for your stay and review. We were glad to know that you find the location of the villa convenient and easy to find, and that our staff was professional and polite. Sorry that we could not meet your expectations in some ways. But all the equipment of the villa is renewed regularly and checked by technicians, so you can be sure that everything works properly and according to local standards.

Spacious home, great stay. Though, should charge all-inclusive price at once (the stay, cleaning fee, electricity). Would be nicer if the check-out time is at noon.

아무방해없이 편안히 쉴수 있는 호텔
빌라는 완전 좋습니다 고기도 구워먹고 수영도하고 편하게 쉴 수 있어서 좋았으나 새벽비행기로 수완나품도착해서불이나게 달려갔으나 숙소에 5시에 당도하네요. 그런데 직원도 없고 안내데스크이런것 없이 그냥 달랑 빌라만 있습니다 그러나 빌라는 잠겨있어서 들어갈수 없었고 직원은 아무리전화해도 연락안되고요 하루 노숙한거죠 숙소 앞에서..... 7시가 되니 직원이 와서 문을 열어주네요 내부는 깨끗하고 좋아요 직원도 친절하고요 그런데 우리가 늦게 왔다고 추가요금 받습니다 숙소는 숲에온것 처럼 좋습니다 그날의 피로가 다 풀리는 듯요 그러나 체크인에 맞춰 가세요 안그러면 노숙하고 추가요금 냅니다.

We are sorry if the information regarding overtime hours was new to you, but all the information regarding late check-in, absence of the front desk at the property and the necessity to contact the property at least 48 hours before the arrival is clearly stated on the page of the villa. We hope that you will consider it for your next visit and we will be happy to see you again!
