Tout était parfait. Personnel discret tout en restant au petits soins. Très reactid en cas de sollicitation. Seul bémol : pas de rangements pour le linge. Nous avons dû laisser nos vêtements en valise .

Super noisy, you can simply not sleep at night. You can forget this if you want to go there to have some rest. Noisy till 3/4AM (taxi, people screaming, tuktuk with loud musik passing just in front of your window) no special attention by the hotel while i explained we came here with my wife for our wedding anniversary.. they simply dont care about why you are there or not they took 6k Thai Bhat as deposit that have not been refund yet. There are better hotels in the area of Patong honestly and for which client satisfaction should be more important.

Très bon séjour
Séjours de 7 nuits, chambre confortable, propreté rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et permets de découvrir toutes saveurs. Un immense merci pour l’ensemble du personnel serviable et au petits soins de leurs hôtes dès notre arrivée et jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Un clin d’œil à notre serveur du rooftop (happy hours) Pour luncher ou dîner vous avez la possibilité de choisir le restaurant ou le petit bar à côté qui fait parti des locaux de l’hôtel. On a pu y boire un verre ou prendre un apéro dînatoire, très sympa. Une soirée sous le signe musicale avec un couple de chanteur. Bonne situation. Proche de la plage et des lieux animés de Patong. (Bar/ restaurant). Bon séjour. Bonne adresse.

Un vrai coup de coeur, le design de l'hôtel et de ses chambres est top, les employés sont très accueillants et serviables, et je recommande fortement leur restaurant et room service, vraiment délicieux, je compte bien y retourner.

Très belle hôtel, très belle chambre. Personnelles très agréables, à l'écoutes, attentionnés. cela change de la France!! Petit déj’ complet et varié, ce que je pourrais regretter, c’est le manque de choix au niveaux pâtisserie. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, elle est très belle, comme sur les photos, par contre, niveau insonorisation, on peut mieux faire, les murs sont en cartons..... La salle de bain est bien, complet au niveau de l’equipement. Mais l’eau chaude est inexistant.... et cela pendant l’ensemble de mes 2 semaines de congés !!!

Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans ma chambre durant toute la durée de mon séjour, la piscine au toit ferme a 19h ce qui est très dommage, et surtout ne touchez pas au mini bar sinon vous paierez une bouteille d’eau environ 5€ a votre sortie

Bel hôtel, bon emplacement
Hôtel flambant neuf. Chambre lumineuse, très propre et parfaitement bien équipée (système audio Harman kardon, produits minibar originaux). Emplacement idéal. Petit bémol pour le petit dej (beaucoup d'efforts pour plaire à tous mais quelque peu insipide). Et aussi pour le bruit la nuit... mais ça c'est Patong ;)

Hôtel magnifique disigne
Un hôtel magnifique, de la chambre à la salle de restaurant en passant par la salle de sport rien à dire sans oublier la piscine sur le toit de l’hôtel exceptionnel. Nous avons fait une alte pour une nuit à Phuket.

J’ai hâte de revenir
Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour Presque tout était exemplaire mis a part le bruit de la construction juste derrière mon balcon Les 2 piscines, le service exemplaire du personnel Le fabuleux petit déjeuner qui était plus que diversifié et délicieux, sans parler du meilleur cappuccino que j’ai bu en Thaïlande Et même le gym à même un vrai ring de boxe

Excellent location and good stuff! Highlight of Patong! Only thing I didn’t like is no working jacuzzi that I been looking for specifically, but on day 2 one of them worked, so it was good enough for me!

Das Personal war 10/10 jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Dazu war der Service freundlich, offen in jeglicher Hinsicht zuvorkommend und einfach perfekt habe ich so in Deutschland noch nicht erlebt. Die Pool Area ist ein Traum und für wen das nichts ist der ist in 3min zum Strand gelaufen. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Hotel is as good as new, fantastic facilities and even friendlier staff. Stones throw from the main patong roads and nightlife scenes. The only downside is it can be quite noisy as our rooms faced the road but it’s to be expected as patong never sleeps. I would definitely stay here again.

A 5 night stay. Excellent service from all members of staff from reception, porters, dining staff and when arranging two day trips. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful but it would be remiss not to make a special mention for Air, Meaw & Bonvy. Room was clean with fresh towels every day. Good selection for all breakfast preferences. Food in the evening restaurant was also excellent. No fault to be found by me.

Beautiful 5 star hotel in a great location, 5 mins walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the main shopping area. There's is a food market also just a few minutes walk away. Staff at the hotel are lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with table service for most hot food and buffet for the rest of the dishes. Large choice of different foods to chose from, from Thai to Indian curries every morning it was different dishes. Roof top bar was also lovely beside the outdoor swimming pool. The cocktails are pricey but lovely, happy hour is between 5-7pm when most drinks are buy one and get one free. Mai Tai was the best cocktail on the menu. Rooms where modern and seemed to be newly renovated, large flat screen TV with surround sound which also worked in the shower which is well amazing. I would stay in this hotel again. We went on an early morning tour and the hotel provided us with a breakfast bag and beach towels which I thought was a lovely little extra. They went that extra mile which I loved.
