« Trop long pour le service »

« The hotel says "NO smoking" and non smoking rooms But this stinky smell is all over the hotel. I saw people even smoke things around the swimming pool, on their balcony or on the stairs. The hotel answer : "we can not do anything". Why say it is forbidden if you don't react when something is forbidden? Our room was clean but there was a kind of old humid smell. The wall are too thin. We heard our neighbourg kid through the walls. »

« Quand est super ! Ont n’as rien à ajouter.. tout étais parfait .. merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.. je reviendrai ! »
