« This property is pretty clean, but very minimal. It isn’t “luxury” as listed in the title. There are few supplies such as hand soap or basics in the kitchen. The two bedrooms have reasonably comfortable beds, but no lamps or end tables to accommodate charging phones or putting anything down. The “sleeper sofa” is the kind where you push the ottoman against the sofa and not suitable for two people and uncomfortable at best for one. « When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. »

« The host was very kind and easy to reach out, she brougt out a dog bed and some baby furniture for us. However the property is worse shape than what the pictures show. Cabinets in the kitchen are broken. Water filter in the fridge seems expired. The property is fenced but the gate is falling down and is impossible to close. Even when we tried, someone kept opening it. Not secure at all to let the dog in the yard. We saw someone using the yard with another dog during our stay a couple of times...
