« Creek is moving water so hardley any mosquito. Coldest creek in LA perfect for toddlers to play in the shallow water. Lots of small fish for kids to catch. The house has the essential for cooking pots pans etc. Because your 20mins from a McDonalds dont believe google when it says 10 mile. We came to LA to see family in the area. Would come back to this place when we come back to LA. »

« I was in town visiting family and needed a comfortable place to stay—and this sweet cottage on the horse farm was absolutely perfect. It was just a 20-minute drive to Covington, making it super convenient, yet peaceful and private. The cottage was spotless, thoughtfully appointed, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. The bed and bedding were so cozy, I slept like a dream.Jamie, Angie, and Nick were warm and kind hosts. I even brought my young niece to visit the horses and donkeys, which was...

« Charming little cottage, loved the property. It is very serene and quiet. The kitchen had several small appliances which made cooking easy. Close to town but very private and peaceful setting. Would definitely return. »

« Very cute, very CLEAN little gem. We come to Poplarville often to visit family and this may be our new “go-to” rental! It’s pretty small but has everything you need, so for 1 or 2 people it’s perfect. Communication with friendly owner was very good. »

« We had the most amazing time. We are a family of 5 in town for baseball tournament. Tammie was awesome with communication and responding quickly and very accommodating. If you are looking for relaxing family time this is your spot! Check it out. Will be booking again. 10/10 recommend. »

« This is my second time staying here, and I would happily come again! The cabin is more than comfortable and the hosts are welcoming. I especially enjoy sitting on the porch with my coffee and simply watching the birds and other wildlife. The river is just a short trek down an easy trail, providing another opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. I hope I am able to return again sometime soon! »

« I originally booked this home due to its close proximity to family. I was pleasantly surprised with whole property. Firstly, the home is adorable. It was very clean and it literally had everything you could possibly need. The back porch was our favorite part. We sat outside, drank our morning coffee and watched the wildlife. In the evening, we had a glass of wine and enjoyed listening to the sounds of "country living". We will definitely rebook when we come back to visit family. »
