« The heating in the pool and hot tub did not work at all, and the pool and pool surroundings were covered with leaves. The next to last day of our stay a man came to remove leaves from the pool but not the area around the pool. He could not fix the heating element for the pool and spa. The company whose phone number was on the heating element said that the heating element had not worked in a while as he had had many phone calls about it. « Each of our three nights was a different disaster with the other tenants having loud parties past noise ordinance rules, arguing loudly in common areas and blasting music late into the night. Local neighborhood kids somehow had the property gate codes and illegally used the pool and courtyard twice. We got no sleep any of the nights despite reporting to the property manager every day. Too bad, because it was a really cute place. »

« Our host was very quick to respond and friendly too. The place easily accommodated space for six adults (lacks appropriate cookware for those who want to prepare food in-house). The location is six blocks from the trolley and also a Fresh Market which has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and we're able to experience a variety of things to do. »
