« Endroit parfait pour nous, bien situé, à distance de marche de tout. La maison est bien équipée, propre et confortable. La cour partagée est invitante et agréable pour débuter la journée ou pour terminer les soirées de façon plus calme... Tom a été très sympathique et discret. Il a été réactif à nos besoins et flexible, ce que nous avons bien apprécié. »

« This is such a lovely place that has been nicely renovated with convenient amenities. My little sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the French quarter. Perfect for a single person such as myself or a romantic getaway for two. So many local restaurants and stores within walking distance in a quiet, lush, diverse neighborhood. It is under 25 min to walk to Frenchman's street and half an hour to the French quarter. But Uber/Lyft is also easy. The property manager is very pleasant and helpful....

« Excellent location. Very clean place. Plenty of utensils and supplies. Excellent quality of toilet paper and plenty of it. The only thing I would change is to get a bigger water heater. »

« Charming little hidden spot in back of a handsome two story home, accessible by a narrow walkway. The place was immaculate. A short, beautiful walk to the ferry and close to the levee for nice views of the river and Nola. »

« Roaches and dead bugs on floors and window seals, entry door was filthy, towel rack in bath was broken, no hooks in bath, mattress was sponge like and the bed frame was very unstable, freezer was dirty and had old food in it , refrigerator was full of used condiments which left no room for our items, no ice maker in freezer. On a scale of 1 to 10, this unit gets a 3! »
