« We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was huge with plenty of room for the four couples. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.There are several items that future guests should be aware of:-There were no dresses to store clothes. They did provide 3 rolling clothes rack for the five bedrooms. My wife and myself stored our clothes on a spare bed.-The heating/cooling system is very complex with 5 separate controls which we struggled with. They needed to be set to the same...

« Each of our three nights was a different disaster with the other tenants having loud parties past noise ordinance rules, arguing loudly in common areas and blasting music late into the night. Local neighborhood kids somehow had the property gate codes and illegally used the pool and courtyard twice. We got no sleep any of the nights despite reporting to the property manager every day. Too bad, because it was a really cute place. »

« The heating in the pool and hot tub did not work at all, and the pool and pool surroundings were covered with leaves. The next to last day of our stay a man came to remove leaves from the pool but not the area around the pool. He could not fix the heating element for the pool and spa. The company whose phone number was on the heating element said that the heating element had not worked in a while as he had had many phone calls about it. « Did a quick getaway, and picked this home. What a fabulous place in a great location! Very spacious with all of the amenities. The bed was so comfortable, and we loved the bluetooth throughout the home. The roof top is a great space to chill. The location was great, safe, and a close walk to several restaurants, etc. Will definitely be back with family in tow, and rent out the larger Villa! »
