« I stayed for 3 nights with my 3 college aged daughters. The best experience was how responsive the host was. The communication and access was exceptional. The place was in the condition advertised and was very clean. The A/C worked well. The front room fouton was even comfortable for me to sleep on for 3 nights. Parking was right in front (street side). The neighborhood felt very safe and those passing by on feet waved and spoke (so New Orleans). »

« We had an amazing stay in New Orleans and very much appreciated the convenience of being only a few steps from the St. Charles Streetcar, which we used almost every day. « We LOVED this place. Enough space for 5 people and it was so cute and clean. Hot water lasted, air conditioner was cold, has a washer, drier, and dishwasher, and everything worked. Seems like its far from the french quarter but its really not and its easy to get anywhere from there. Theres a really nice grocery store only a couple blocks down the road. There is a bar next door but we had no issues and couldn't even hear anything from it. I would definitely stay here again! Wonderful host too!...
