« Roaches and dead bugs on floors and window seals, entry door was filthy, towel rack in bath was broken, no hooks in bath, mattress was sponge like and the bed frame was very unstable, freezer was dirty and had old food in it , refrigerator was full of used condiments which left no room for our items, no ice maker in freezer. On a scale of 1 to 10, this unit gets a 3! »

« Such a beautiful property. Lovely place, comfortable, clean, and convenient!Only thing would have liked to have had a heads up on, is the "courtyard" area is a shared space with 3 other units.But absolutely no complaints about any of it! Host was very helpful at any time of the day. »

« The perfect spot for our weekend trip to NOLA! The decorations are charming, the location is tucked away from the main hubbub but an easy uber or a nice walk and you still get the charm of the city. Parking right out front. Truly had everything we needed, and Cathy was super communicative on check-in, check-out, house rules, etc. Really appreciated that! Would absolutely stay again »

« Our 5 days on Annunciation St were perfect.. the cottage is lovely ! Thoughtfully & beautifully decorated; all details perfect ..the cottage was ideal for a couples holiday .. the neighborhood is walkable ;interesting restaurants close by..Lizzie & Randall were perfect Hosts. We will definitely be back ! »

« Nice, new, and clean. Location is challenging if you are trailering a boat due to narrow driveway. Some bulbs were out in can lights and no cleaning supplies were available to keep the kitchen clean. Good place overall, just not exceptional for the cost. »

« I didn’t know where exactly the place was? It was dark. I didn’t expect to be on a gravel, so I was a little worried. The host was great. She continued to guide me to the cottage. Now I pick at myself for being bougie and when saw the place. I was IN the Bayou! The place was cute. Loved it!!! Peaceful wish I could’ve stayed longer. Will be back!! »
