The Space:
An ideal choice for families or friends that want to experience everything Park City offers, this multi-level condo is the perfect gateway to your next vacation retreat. Conveniently situated minutes from exceptional ski resorts and world-class ski runs, you are sure to have the time of your life.

After an exciting day of endless mountain adventures, take off your ski boots in our mudroom, equipped with a lovely bench, and dry them in our state-of-the-art boot warming rack.

Relax with your loved ones in the exceptional sunken living room area, wholly designed to create intimate memories with your group. Snuggle up on the expansive plush sectional sofa while cozying next to the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace. Unwind for the night while watching your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV.

For guests wanting to enjoy the gorgeous sunset glow, step out onto the private outdoor balcony, which can be accessed through the living room. Perfect for an afternoon cookout, the outdoor grill is the perfect way for the master griller of your group to show off their bbq skills.

The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar seating for up to 4. For a night of peaceful sleep, the master suite on the main floor features a lovely queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, a work desk, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Head up to the second floor, where guests will have access to a second bedroom with a beautiful queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, around the corner, features two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds, bench seating, and a flat-screen TV.

The condo's third floor features an intimate space with a queen-size bed and a nook with a twin-size bed. This space also has an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a walk-in shower.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer is accessible on the main floor of the house, next to the front door entrance. A full bathroom is also available, on the main floor of the house, with single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire condo, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 1 free parking spaces on the premises.

Whether you are coming in the winter for skiing and snowboarding or here in the summer for mountain biking and hiking, this is an excellent location to come explore the mighty Wasatch!

This condo truly is the perfect starting point for experiences in mountain and outdoor adventures -- world-class ski resorts, stunning hiking trails, as well as the expansive Park City Golf Course, await your arrival. With Silver Star Lift only a few minutes walk from the condo, unlimited adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Grocery stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, and coffee houses are all within walking distance from this condo.

Main Street Historic District is a short 15-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
From this lovely condo, the best ski runs in Park City are a stone's throw away, a true gateway to endless skiing options during your stay. Multiple routes are available on the FREE bus system with the Payday bus stop directly right outside the complex and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most condo's in Park City, this condo does not have A/C.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Two families - 4 adults and 5 kids ages 3-10. The bunk room gave everyone plenty of places to spread out and sleep peacefully and the layout allowed early risers to get up and get on the mountain without waking anyone up. The location is excellent - easy walk to the lifts and back from PCMR. The boot dryer in the mudroom was an excellent bonus. Well stocked kitchen gave us everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Pros: Great location walking distance to lift. Nice hang out space for 5. Wonderful hot tub. Cons: Couldn't control heat, random items and clothes in closets.

Place was a great location and great for multi family and older kids. Most bedrooms had their own bathroom. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Having private hot tub at night was really nice after a day of skiing. Only negative was parking. Not a lot and no other places to park in the area allows over night parking.

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It has a great location, easily walkable to ski and can walk or drive to Main St. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in a few meals, grill and make cocktails. The owner's CD collection is fantastic, and we enjoyed listening to music in the hot tub. The boot dryer is an awesome perk for ski days. The only cons were that it sometimes took the property manager 24 hours or more to respond to questions or concerns. Overall we highly recommend!

Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couch. Plenty of room to socialize. Two perks were the private hot tub and ski boot warmer. Only negative was that we booked early December and the Three Kings lift was not running yet so we had to use the shuttle.

We loved this condo and made ourselves at home. This was the family ski vacation that we had been talking about for years. We had three generations
.. two parents, 3 grown children, one daughter in law, one son in law and two grands. Total of 9. It was so cozy and comfortable. The Christmas tree was perfect. Thank you for doing that for us. We like to get in the kitchen together and cook so we ate all of our meals in. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, even sharp knives! The private hot tub was a real bonus because my grands spent a lot of time in it. And the boot/glove/hat dryer/warmer was a game changer skiing with kids. We would give this condo all the stars and would definitely book it again.

We’ve been coming to Park City for 3 years now and this has been our favorite place to stay so far! Close by to Silver Star lift that all our kids could do the walk home after a full day of skiing. Layout was great for our 2 families, everything was there that we needed!

Great details. Property gets a lot right: 4 bathrooms, Boot dryer that holds 8 pairs, CD collection!, fireplace, TV for football, hot-tub, two chairs and side table on porch to sit, talk and take off boots, tastefully decorated. nice big table for whole crew to eat eggs&hash-browns together...Visit PC twice each year...top 5% property.

We rented this property between Christmas and NY and had a great experience. We even extended our trip an extra day, and Connie was accommodating and easy to work with! The location is pretty close to the Park City lift, but it is a bit too much of a walk with equipment in hand so we did have to drive to the lift. The property was about 1-2 miles from Main St which is nice. Overall the area was clean, good location, and great tenant. We would stay again!
