This incredible home has been fully remodeled, adding modern style to its appeal alongside its fabulous location just steps from Park City Mountain Resort and the Park City Golf Course. This condo boasts three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open-concept layout, vaulted ceilings, and ideal proximity to limitless outdoor adventures thanks to the ski slopes, hiking trails, golf course, and more that are minutes from your front door. Park City’s historic Main Street is also just 5 minutes away!

The Space:
From the moment you enter, you will adore this beautiful condo with its unbeatable location, gorgeous, remodeled aesthetic, and focus on comfort, making it an ideal home away from home for your Park City adventures. A bench and roomy closet greet you in the entryway of the home, making it easy to unload and store any gear so that you can kick off your shoes, relax and unwind after a day of exploring. 

Across the way, a cozy and inviting bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, nightstands, and bedside lamps, a roomy dresser, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. A second, powder bathroom is also conveniently located in the hallway just off the entrance and on the way to the fabulous, open layout kitchen, living, and dining area for easy access. 

Arrive at the end of the hall and find yourself in the stunning, completely-remodeled kitchen space with its granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet and counter space. This kitchen spares no luxury with a second, prep sink, a wine fridge, and a roomy island with bar seating for three makes for easy serving to the nearby living and dining room areas. You can grab a snack or craft your latest culinary creation in this gorgeous space without missing a thing thanks to the kitchen’s ideal proximity to the living and dining areas. 

Just off of the kitchen is the striking living area, with its breathtaking vaulted ceilings, stonework fireplace, large flat-screen TV, a spacious sectional, an armchair, coffee table, and generous amounts of natural light from the many surrounding windows. You will love warming up by the fire and watching a favorite show or movie in this fabulous space.

Back inside, head up the stairs to find two more bedrooms, a laundry closet, and a large, full bathroom. The first cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed with a nightstand, lamp, dresser, cabinet storage, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom makes the most of its space with two queen-size beds with under-bed storage, a nightstand, lamp, console table, and a large, flat-screen TV. The spacious full bathroom is ideally situated between both bedrooms and boasts a roomy, dual-sink vanity with granite countertops and a luxurious walk-in shower with a glass door. At the top of the stairs, a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is available if needed. 

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared hot tub and pool in the clubhouse, where you can melt your cares away and recharge for your next excursion.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the shared pool and hot tub as well as parking for two vehicles. One vehicle may park in the unit's designated spot, while a second vehicle may park in any guest parking space or clubhouse parking space. Please note that parking passes are required.

The Neighborhood:
This condo's incredible location is an outdoor lover's paradise, placing you just minutes' walk from the Silver Star Lift and base of Park City Mountain Resort as well as hiking trails such as Dawn's Trail, Armstrong Trail, and Silver Spur Trail. You can play a round of golf at the nearby Park City Golf Resort and then explore the countless shops, breweries, restaurants, and galleries in the Old Town and Main Street historic district, just an easy, 5-minute drive away. In the summer months, don't miss a chance to zip down the Alpine Slide or Alpine Coaster for an unforgettable experience.

Getting Around:
This home provides incredible access to all that Park City has to offer - and most of it is within short walking and driving distance. The base of Park City Mountain Resort is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive, while you can drive to Main Street's historic Egyptian Theater in 5 minutes. This home is also just steps from both the Crescent Road and Three Kings Drive bus stops of the FREE Park City Transit Bus, which can connect you to all that Park City has to offer. Explore Main Street on the FREE, iconic Main Street Trolley for a charming experience. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

This condo is a great place to stay if you are looking for easy access to the slopes and downtown. You can walk (10min) to the Silver Star chairlift or walk (8min) to the Eagle and First Time lifts. The walk to town is about 25-30min and we did this on our off-skiing day. The condo itself is spacious and brightly decorated!

The home had everything we needed and space for our family. I liked that it was a bit removed from the busyness of downtown but easy to get everywhere. The bus stop was across the street and you can text for the next available one. It was easy to get to the slopes (walk or bus) and town (bus). The hot tub and gym were next door. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The condo was very comfortable and extremely close - walking distance - to the lifts. The only thing I would add to the listing is that they have hair dryers. We thought they didn’t and so we brought our hairdryers, which was ultimately not needed. Thank you 
 We hope to be back again!

Comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay for a family ski trip with 6 adults. Easy to walk a block to parking lot of Park City Mt or can take the bus with stop right across the street. Nice to have the community heated pool and spa right next door.

Fantastic location with short walk to the base mountain of Park City. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed to cook a holiday meal. Bedrooms were comfortable. Excellent location. For a family get away.

This place was really worth the five stars. The condo is super clean, beds and blankets are cozy and comfortable, the kitchen is really well-stocked with all the necessities plus a grill on the deck. The facility at Three Kings was also great. Who doesn't like a heated pool and hot tub after a day of skiing? And it's just 2 mins driving to Park City Ski Resort or you can take a free shuttle if you don't want to drive. We really enjoyed our time at Park City, can't wait to be back!

We stayed for a week in Aug. Location could not be beat. Great size for family of 4. Well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the pool and rec area. Only thing is the loft area could make things a bit noisy at times with the kids. Other than that it was exactly what we wanted.

We golfed, fished the lower Provo, ate dinner out at some of the best restaurants in town and met up with friends from Scottsdale. The condo is exactly as pictured. Equipped very well. First time in a vrbo I didn’t have to buy my own toilet paper since most have cheap scratchy stuff. Very nice place and convenient to most things. I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Park City and this place was exceptional! The condo is beautiful and the kitchen is well-stocked. We've never stayed at such a well-stocked place. They had laundry pods, dishwashing pods, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, lots of spices, coffee, sugar, ziplocks, body wash, soap, plenty of TP, kleenex, and paper towels, which is great when staying for such a short time. The amenities at Three Kings were also great - outdoor seating, the pool, and hot tub, ping-pong - all fantastic! And it's walking distance to Silver Star, Park City Mountain, City Park, even Main Street. The condo was comfortable, clean and cozy - every bed is soft with plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the closets. Communication was also quick and easy with the renters. I can't recommend this place enough! The only downside is there's no king bed which the hubs and I are used to, but I would still book this place again!

My family of five stayed at this condo for a while week. The condo is lovely - clearly newly renovated with nice appliances, furniture, bedding, kitchenware. We hiked, biked and ran right from the front door. We cooked meals, played games and walked to the pool and hot tub next door. The management company is very attentive and easy to reached. This is one of those rare vacation spots that will mark to return to. Highly recommend this spot, particularly if wanting easy access to Park City Mountain and the adjacent bike and hiking trails.
