With a free ski shuttle stop one minute walk away, you also have quick access to all the Park City and Deer Valley attractions.

Enjoy your privacy without giving up the perks of Park City living— this impeccably decorated condo sits on a quiet street in the Crescent Ridge neighborhood,  just four minutes from Silver Star Ski Lift, dining, rentals and public transit.

*The spacious open kitchen has upgraded stone countertops and tile floor. *The dining room opens up to a private outdoor space with patio seating, propane BBQ, mature aspen trees and a lush natural landscape.  Seating for 6 at table and 4 at kitchen bar
*The living area features plenty of cozy seating, upgraded television and gas fireplace.
Each bedroom has captivating views of mountain greenery:
*Master bedroom features a private walk in bathroom with remodeled bathtub/shower and rollaway twin bed.  
*Second bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with updated tile shower and tub combo.
*Convenient laundry room with high-efficiency washer and dryer. Also features full size bathroom with shower.

*Parking for one car in the off street outside driveway space. Easy commute from the Salt Lake City Airport.


Getting to the Resort:
Located in the quiet Crescent Ridge Neighborhood, you are within a quick walking distance to 4 different ski lifts at Park City Mountain Resort.
*3-4 Minute walk to the Silver Star Lift (pending snow), Silver Star Cafe and Silver Star Rental
*5 Minute walk to where you click on your skis/board to ski down to access Park City Mountain Resort lower base lifts (First Time, Eagle and Three Kings)

** Summer guests please note, this condo does not have A/C. We do provide several fans to help cool the condo

*One outdoor off street parking space

Walk to the amazing free Park City Shuttle Bus Service in a little over one minute. This bus will take you to the upper main base area of Park City Mountain Resort, Historic Main Street and the Main Street Bus Transit Center.

*4 Minute walk to the Silver Star Lift (pending snow), Silver Star Cafe and Silver Star Rental
*6 Minute walk to where you click on your skis/board to ski down to access Park City Mountain Resort lower base lifts (First Time, Eagle and Three Kings)
*To return to the condo after skiing, use the Ligety Split run. It will drop you out steps from the condo. (Please note this is a black diamond run and pending snow when this run is open)
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.

Over all a good stay in a great location-easy walk to first time lift at park city mountain. A couple of small issues-hall bath shower not useable secondary to lower pressure, master bedroom did not have an over head light and was quite dark. Well equipped condo for making meals. Management was responsive and helpful

This is a great unit with easy car and bus access to the main base area and town, a short walk to the Silver Star lift and base, and the ability to ski to the driveway at the end of the day. It’s in good condition with just a little age and wear and tear. New appliances and everything in perfect working order. Good Wi-Fi. Internet based tv was ok. Some noise from the upstairs neighbor but never a problem and they’re extremely nice. Don’t think twice—book it!

Rented this for a 3 night stay to ski a couple of days and visit family that live locally. This condo is in a perfect location to slope access and in a nice quiet area. Condo was nicely remodeled and perfect for our group. We travel to PC a couple of times a year and I would rent this condo again.

This wonderful condo is essentially ski-in, ski-out. 3 minute walk to Silver Star Lift with a trail off Ligety Split run that allows you to ski back to the house at the end of the day. Cozy with excellent gas fireplace. Kitchen well-stocked. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to mountain and PC town. We hope to be back!

Best part of the place was the location: it's a VERY short walk to silver star lift. Owners were super responsive too and their guidebook was way more informative and helpful than others I've had at other places.

My wife and I stayed here last year and were able to take advantage of the 5 minute walk to the Silver Star lift. This year my brother came from the UK with his daughter for a 21st birthday treat. Not enough snow for Silver Star lift but no big deal as the short drive to the resort meant we didn't have to worry about traffic coming in from out of town filling up the parking lots. It's also worth noting that for those willing to walk up the hill from the condo there's also access to Eagle Lift. The condo itself is very comfortable especially. The kitchen is well appointed and easily handled our group of 4 adults. Appliances are in all relatively new and in full working order, with plenty of pots and pans, cutlery etc for a larger group. The two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were clean, well organized, and comfortable as was the additional bathroom/shower/laundry room. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great rental for skiers. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen equipment etc all a cut above most rentals we have stayed in. Only reservation is parking is limited to one car in front of property, others have to park on the street. Not a big deal for us, just a heads up, as the pros far outweigh the cons for our family group.

This was an awesome place to get away for the weekend! 5 min walk to starlight lift with no lines to get up and ability to pick up lift ticket + rent gear! Tiffany was super responsive to my asks! Would highly recommend it and will be back!

Overall, the property was well stocked, clean and spacious enough for our stay. We loved being walking distance to the bus as well as being able to ski down to the lift. The property owners were great at giving us some tips to make our first time skiing in Park City really great.
